Chapter 27

Annie's Point of View

I swiped my lips with gloss before finalizing my look. I wore a slightly revealing black bodycon dress with stilettos on. The side of my dress has a slit on it, revealing higher parts of my thighs.

As I went outside the room, Armin came up to me and smiled at me sweetly. He was looking good as well with his outfit that made him look like a rich bachelor. Althoug he is already rich, but he's not a bachelor anymore.

"You look great, love." He said as he snaked his arm around my waist and kissed my cheek.

"You're okay with me wearing this?" I asked him. If he doesn't approve of what I'm wearing I have a new set of clothes that I prepared just in case.

"Of course. If you like what you wear, then wear it okay?"

"D-Don't you think it's too revealing?" I akwardly smiled as I stared at myself in the mirror. It's my first time encountering a guy who doesn't care about what I wear.

"It is revealing and you look really sexy, Annie. But as I said, as long as you feel good in it then it's alright for me okay? Besides, I'm with you so I could collect some perverted eyeballs if ever they decide to look at you with wrong motives any time." He said which made the both of us chuckle.

He held out his arm and I gladly wrapped my arm around his before we walked towards the parking lot where his car is located. He opened the door for me and even did my seatbelt for me. He's always a gentleman that he doesn't even know what the bare minimum is because he always set the bar so high.

When he started driving, he held my thigh with his one hand while the other was placed on the steering wheel. Just looking at him from the passenger's seat, he looked dominant. The first time I met him, he looked like a soft boy but as we spend more time together, he was actually more dominant and would often do the first move.

I held his hand on my thigh and started playing with it. The ride was silent but we really appreciate times like this everyday. It's a time where we could recollect our thoughts as we enjoy the silence. It's a time where our minds aren't clouded with negativity nor positivity. It's just blank and relaxed.

When we arrived, we immediately went inside the private room that Reiner reserved for us. Everyone was already there and it seems like we were the ones last to arrive. Pieck, Porco, Mikasa, Eren, Rico, and Reiner are already here. Bertholdt couldn't come since he was busy with his new drama.

Reiner walked towards us and he leaned in closer to me to give me a kiss on both cheeks. As what they call in Spanish, beso beso. I felt Armin's hands on my waist tighten and when I looked at him, he was just giving me a smile.

"It's been a while since we last met, Annie." Reiner told me before he shifted his gaze to Armin.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Armin Arlert." Reiner said, offering his hand to Armin and Armin gladly shook it.

"A pleasure to meet you too, Reiner Braun." Armin said but after several seconds, they're still shaking their hands with big smiles on their faces. I don't know why but I could feel the awkward tension between these to.

"Let's go sit down." Reiner finally said as they both removed their hands from each other. I sat down in between Reiner and Armin while Pieck, Porco, and Rico was in front of us. Of course Mikasa and Eren are at the other edge of the table.

The food arrived as soon as we sat down and it was no joke that our already big ass table was filled and we needed a new table to put the rest of the food in. There were lobsters, fresh oysters, steaks, caviar, a variety of soups, a vegetable corner, but mostly different kinds of sea foods and beef. We started eating and enjoying the time as we talked to each other in between rests while eating.

When I was about to reach for the prawn, Armin and Reiner placed one each in my plate. I saw Pieck glance over me and shook his head before giving me a teasing smile. I thanked them both before eating the two of if in my plate at the same time. Armin suddenly wiped the corner of my lips with his thumb and didn't hesitate to lick his thumb as he looked at me straight in the eyes. I exhaled sharply before staring at his hand on my thigh.

"I heard about what happened to Floch. He wasted the opportunity of being your partner. I'll gladly want to be your leading man if ever you sign up for another movie, Annie." Reiner said. I felt Armin's hand grip my thighs tighter.

"Y-Yeah that would be great. But I have no plans to be on a movie at the moment." I said as I sipped on my wine glass.

"Yeah I guess Annie is waiting for Armin's new book so she could star in its movie adaptation." Pieck said, snaking her arm around Porco's neck and laying her head on his shoulder.

"So how did you two meet?" Rico asked us.

"I uh...Went to his apartment." I said honestly.

"Damn Armin someone is obsessed with you." I glared at Eren who was teasing me.

"Well didn't your girlfriend do the same thing?" I rolled my eyes and looked at Mikasa who was sitting with poise. Everyone laughed and Eren just shook his head and chuckled before snaking his arms around Mikasa's waist.

"Why did you go to his apartment though? Seems sus to me." Rico said.

"Honestly I'd do the same if I want some dick." Pieck said which made all of us laugh. Porco glared at her but she just kissed his cheek.

"I feel like drinking after this. Why don't we go to the bar? Different room for girls and different room for boys how's that?" Pieck suggested and all of us agreed. It would be a great time for us friends to spend time together and it would be great from Armin to get to know the other boys better. Especially that they'll be spending more time together since their girlfriends are best friends.

"Let's go then! I'll tell Levi we're going to his bar!" Mikasa said standing up. Well perks of being an heiress and the younger sister of a well known CEO and business tycoon.

As we went inside the car, Armin was silent even when he started driving. I could see how tightly he grabbed the steering wheel and how he didn't hold my thigh like he would usually do while driving.

"Armin...Is something wrong?" I asked worriedly.

"Hmm? No love, nothing's wrong." He replied.

"I thought no secrets? It's obvious you're feeling something that you're hiding from me." I said, recalling what he told me about not keeping secrets from each other anymore. He sighed before looking at me and bringing his gaze back to the road.

"I don't like how Reiner invalidates me. He speaks to you as if your boyfriend isn't even beside you." He said as he kept his eyes on the road. He was holding the steering wheel with one hand as his other arm laid on his side of the window.

"He usually speaks like that. I'm sorry if it offends you. But Reiner is a nice person especially once you get to know him. We'll be having separate rooms later so take your time in getting to know the other boys later okay?" I said as I held his thigh this time to try and calm him down. He's so cute when he's jealous that I just want to tease him more. But I'm afraid he might be aggressive towards me especially in bed once that happens.

"Let's see about that."
