Teriel and Tereus quickly withdrew their weapons when the solider stated his name was General Khon. When time came, it was only a small battalion of soldiers, only fifty men. Forty were all elderly while the rest were just young in their late twenties. This was hardly enough to invade. Rusted armor crapped out weapons, and a fortress strong enough to withstand an army of only a hundred soldiers.

This was no army at all. Old men beyond their prime years with only ten youngbloods to carry out the Twins' will. This wasn't no perfection of an army; it was a small squad.

This mission the Twins saw as a failure; they expected a bigger number of soldiers. At least a hundred at most, but it was half than what they expected. However, when the soldiers gathered, beyond the fortress came fifty winged creatures.

Wyverns. Dragon-like creatures three times the size of the griffins. Each soldier mounted of each of the beasts, and the Twins were suddenly amazed that the soldiers had each of their own beast they only saw in the city only elite military personal could only muster.

Now they didn't see this trip as a complete waste; they did see it was a small success. With fifty wyverns at their disposal, they could stand a chance against their home city's ruling party of three people tearing down the city.

After gazing at their small squad and their beastly pets, the Twins mounted back on their griffins and led the small band of human warriors into the air.

However, the General took the lead and led the party himself. He told the Twins about the fortress; it was a fortress built by their parents. They were the only people to have found a spot to hide and conceal the hiding place for the Twins' birth. The fortress was the place where the Twins were born, not the city.

This was a big surprise to the Twins as they thought they were born in the city. Khon stated the parents knew they would be the guardians of the reincarnated Yin-Yang Twins. This meant why the Yin-Yang symbols shown strongly. Their birthplace left behind a powerful impact on the land that the Twins can have a part of their divine power circulate and shapeshift the land at their will.

The Twins didn't care about shapeshifting landmass or change the landscape of their birthplace; they need their training done and seek out their divine weapons in order to fight against the King, the Commander, and the Soothsayer.

The General acknowledged the Twins' dedication to their work and will train them to be perfect warriors, but he seemed hesitant to focus about the Twins' divine weapons.

He remained silent on the way back to the cabin. He led the group through a loophole in the clouds and soared so suddenly overhead of the clouds, beneath a night sky with a pale moonlight. This led the path easier to fly instead of flying beneath the brown clouds that created all the terrible landscaping changes.

Without any more incidents, the group made it back to the clearing of the log cabin. The wyverns landed a further away while the two griffins landed by the cabin house. The Twins dismounted and waited for the General to approach the Twins to tell of the current situation.

The night had drifted away when the Twins searched for the General and his men, and they did fly at a slower paste. The sun of the dawn came into view, and everything was set to have a good meeting; Tereus was going have to endure a short time without sleep as his sister did through the entire night flying.

The General came in with three younger men with their helmets removed. All faces looking the same if they were triplets of the same family bloodline.

"Welcome in, General Khon," the Twins welcomed the General.
