The wrong choice

Chapter 2

I've been basically avoiding jhené as the party goes on but the child keeps coming to me and won't let me out of sight. I was sitting on the couch holding her as Trey was talking to me.

" so what song is dropping tonight at 12" he asked.

" You want to hear it?" I asked pulling out my phone.

" Yeah for sure" he said.

" Ight bet"

" I fuck with it sis this is fire" he said bobbing his head.

" Thanks" i said.

We continued talking and Jamila and Jhené walked into the livingroom. It looked like jhené hesitated but mila was just dragging her in here. They sat on the couch as Nami started to talk my ear off.

" Ba ba ba ba" she said making a face at me.

" Oh for real then what happened" i asked and she went on and on.

" Mhm"

" That's crazy" i said as she finished.

She then took it upon herself to give me a slobbery kiss on my cheek and another one... And another one and another one.

I heard Trey chuckling because when Amaya was first born he was telling about the slobbery kisses he was dealing with.

" Thank you" I said with a small smile.

I went to go say something and my phone started ringing. I checked it and it was my girlfriend. I hit the green button and her face connected.

" Hi beautiful" i said as she smiled.

" Your not at the beach house where are you" she asked.

" Oh I forgot to text you today was Amaya's party and I decided to come to it to see my family and stuff" I explained to her.

" It was today... I miss my little ride or die" she said pouting.

" Yeah well let's just say I bought the whole toy store" i said fixing Nami on my lap.

" Awww she's so cute" She says.

" I know right" i said as Nami started playing with my fingers.

" Ba ba ba ba ba ba Ba" she said.

" Don't get sassy with me cause you don't have my attention right now" I said.

" Ba ba ba ba ba ba ba"

" Jeez your dramatic fine babe I'll call you when I leave because this child just want straight attention right now" i said faking being annoyed.

She laughed " it's fine I'll be here when you get back probably sleep tho cause I have work tomorrow" she said.

" Okay love you"

" Love you too" she said blowing a kiss through the phone and I hung up.

" Okay Ms. I want attention You got it now" i said standing her up on my legs.
