☆Chapter 15☆

~《Small recap (Noot's POV)》~

I was telling everyone that Paperjam will be alright, and then to go to sleep. To which they all did, except for Cross.

"What is it Cross?" I asked. "Can I go out? I promise I'll be back by morning." He asked. "Sure whatever." I said as he ran through a portal. I wonder what that was about...

~《Cross' POV》~

I ran into the portal to Dream's house. 'Is he even awake?' I thought as I walked to the door. 

As I was walking, I got this incredibly uneasy feeling. Instead of waiting for Dream to open the door once I got to it, I had a 'gut' feeling to just walk in. 

I closed and locked the door behind me. Then I knocked on the now locked door. A few minutes passed and Dream hasn't come to the door. 

As I thought about this, the uneasy feeling came back, but stronger this time. I ran up the stairs and to Dream's room. 

I knocked on his bedroom door. "Hey Dream?" I said.

B U T   N O B O D Y   C A M E 

"Dream?" I asked as I knocked again. I tried opening the door but it was locked. "Dream! Are you in there?" I called as I continued trying to open the door.

Still no answer. "Screw it." I whispered to myself. I then used a bone attack to break the door handle. It broke the door off it's hinges. I ran over to him as fast as I could.

~《Palette's POV》~

I woke up a few hours ago with a very bad feeling. I want to go see what time it is, but I'm scared to get up.. 

'Ughh' I thought as I got up and ran to the door. I opened it and once I got out, it closed behind me. I snuck down into the kitchen.

It's 1:26 AM. Should I go wake up Ma..? I feel like somethings wrong.. But I can't place my finger on it.. 'Goth will know what to do!'

I ran back up the stairs and to Blueprint and Goth's room. I opened the door and walked in. Goth wasn't there, so I walked over to Blueprint's bed.

"Hey Blueprint.. Wake up.." I whispered as I shook him. He groaned and I said "Wake up!" Ahah, now he's awake.

"Palette? What do you want?" He asked sleepily. "Where's Goth?" I asked, "With his parents- why?" He said.

"I feel like something.. really bad happened.. And I was going to ask Goth if I should tell ma or not." I answered.

"Well is it a strong feeling?" He said. I nodded and he continued "Then yes, you should. Here I'll even come with you." And then he got up and we walked down to ma's room.

Blueprint sat on the floor next to the door and said, "I'll wait here.." as he closed his eyes. I knocked on the door, and waited a few seconds.

I was about to knock again but dad opened the door. "Errr... YeS PalETte?" he said as he looked down at me. "I have a feeling something really bad happened.." I said. 

"LiKE..?" He asked, "Like, someone's dying.. bad.." I finished. Saying that caught Blueprint's attention, as well as dad's. 

They both looked at me, then dad went back into the room, he came back out with ma and they had their phones with them.

I saw on ma's screen, that he was calling Blueprint's other momma and I think dad was calling Uncle Nightmare, but idk because it said 'Nootnoot'

~《Ink's POV》~

"Ink..? It's Like... 2 In The Morning... What Do You Want..?" Blue said from the other end of the phone.

"Is.. Dust with you? Sorry.. Palette woke up from.. a bad feeling.." I said, still half asleep. "Well Call Dream Or Something... I'm Going Back To Bed.." He said, hanging up shortly after.

Whatever. I did as he said, no reply. I called again. No reply. 'Maybe Cross is with him?' I thought to myself as I pressed the call on Cross' contact. 

Ring... Ring... and he picked up. "Uh.. Cross, is Dream with you? And are you okay?" I asked, "Sorry.. Wait Ink, I need you over at Dream's now" He demanded. "I'll be right over..-" with the answer he hung up.

"Urrgg... Error, do you know any healing magic?" I asked, quickly running to the bathroom to grab some medical supplies. "No. WhAT? WaS iT DReAm?" He asked, concern lased in his glitched voice.

"Mhm! Can you wake up Geno? I need him to come with! Oh! Palette you as well!" I called behind me as I quickly made a small bag to carry the supplies. 

《☆》

I pulled the bag over my shoulder, and ran back out to see if Palette and Geno were ready to go. They were waiting, Error then stated "I'll StAY wITh GoTH anD BLuePRinT." I nodded and opened the portal into Dream's place.

[Get ready for a bit of chaos]

When we walked through, Cross was placing Dream onto the downstairs dining table.

Me and Geno immediately ran over, I called for Palette to quickly come over, and he did so.

"Cross, what happened?" Geno asked. "I- I don't know.. I walked in and he was like this.." was the answer he gave us.

The left side of Dream's skull is shattered, and he has a slash wound across his chest, similar to Geno's.

I quickly pulled the bag from over my shoulder, and placed it on the ground next to me.

Cross has already removed his shirt, so I began to examine the injury, while Geno and Cross slowly healed his skull. 

"Palette, can you get me a wet towel." I began, he did as told and quickly ran up the stairs.

"Cross, can you get the bandages? We can't heal any more than what we have done now, we would drain our magic." Geno said, as I began healing the slash wound.

The wound is now a yellow-ish color, like a scar. But it is still bleeding.

I felt a pain in my rib cage, like a part of me is hurt.. I then heard a thud from upstairs. I looked over to Geno and Cross, they heard it too.

"Bandage Dream's chest, I'll go check it out." I ordered as I stood up and walked to the door, Cross asked.

"Wait, where's Palette?" I looked back. "He went to get a wet towel from upstairs." I said, there was a sudden look of fear on his face.

"What?" Geno said, looking at Cross with slight concern lased in his voice,

"There was a broken window in Dream's room... also footprints in the halls.. whatever.. whoever broke in.. didn't leave..." He said, we heard more noise from upstairs. I immediately ran up.
