BACKSTORY▪️ Francesca grew up in a posh family. She was trained at an early age of discipline, elegance, and to showcase lady-like manners. When in fact, she was quite the opposite. Her mother constantly nagged her that she was a lady so she had to be innocent, respectful, and listen to those of the opposite gender. Francesca wasn't the most known family member as she kept out of the media, and well, she was the black sheep of the family. She didn't care for the upper class folks nor her father's business endeavours. She would have rather be outdoors, exploring nature, focusing on her education, and finding ways to mess with the staff.
And that was what earned her mother to be on edge with her. Colbie wanted Francesca to solely understand that she was supposed to keep their family name in the positive press, not needing some kind of scandal to be exposed.
Her father is a notable businessman internationally, as John Sawyers is the CEO and chair holder of France's oldest technology company. Which, Sawyers Enterprise was close to becoming a joined company as an alliance with Stark Enterprise before Tony Stark pulled the plug. Sawyers Enterprise had been passed down from family to family as John is setting up his children to take his place upon retirement.
Francesca would be forced to travel with her father quite a lot growing up. She came to the U.S. frequently, where it had been mention that she had made a quick friendship with Jade Stark. The two had taught each other their mother tongue languages while their fathers were in hour-long meetings.
Finding out that Jade had went missing through Odell Peterson, she came to the idea of continuing what Jade had always wanted, despite hating being apart of business endeavours.
The eldest of the Sawyers siblings, Liam, is the up and coming CEO of his family's empire. Groomed at a young age, he shadows his father and works in the company to gain experience. It is mentioned that he is older by three years and has three closest international friends, Odell Peterson, Tyler Brooks, and Juan Silva. He takes most of the attention from the media and spotlight to help boost his ego.
He is seen in the chapter "Truth or Dare?" where his parents try to set himself up with Jade Stark since their family businesses were becoming an alliance. John and Colbie would have known it would've been great press. However, Liam ruins the chances of that partnership as he tries to drug Jade at her party.
In 2014 when Francesca's parents threw a party in Paris, she and Odell had gone out to look at the beautiful view. That was the night they had been abducted by HYDRA guards, brought to Manchester to be apart of Hunter Ivanov's secret project.
When she and Odell had been brainwashed, HYDRA had separated them, but created their bionics to be linked together. While she was trying to escape, she had came across Odell locked up in a cell when she felt a tingle in the back of her neck and the palm of her hands had glowed a vibrant orange when he was near. She hadn't recognised him, but she had a feeling that they were going to be connected somehow.
Her first mission had completely changed her. She had assassinated the President of the United States in 2014 when she had overcame Eras' conscience. She had realised what she had done and confessed to the security who barged in. She was teleported out by one of the HYDRA guards with a remote that controlled her bionics. After that, she was endlessly tortured to the point where she lost all meaning to speak or do anything.

She is learning to act more human, even though she is struggling since she only knows is to rely on her bionics. She is trying to remember who she used to be, but is having a difficult time due to the fact that Bradley and Kayrella don't know her identity before HYDRA. She's trying to cope with the trauma she had to deal with of her being tortured of using her voice and because she was a woman.
