James hurried to get to a lifepod, not knowing if there were any left, he sprinted to the first one he saw, other members of the crew fighting over lifepod spaces, James ran past and lunged into an empty pod closing the hatch all the while pushing the launch button in panic.
"Launching in 3...2...1"
He blacked out from the stress.....
James awoke rather dizzy, he clambered to his feet, powering on his PDA in emergency mode.
"This PDA has reebooted in emergency mode with one directive: to keep you safe on an alien world"
The machine announced almost instantly.
James was starting to panic, he'd never been to this planet before, he still didnt know how the Aurora crashed in the first place!
Could he survive here? He didnt know, but he did know one thing for sure, he wasnt alone on this planet.
Hearing the distant cries from creatures outside he climbed the ladder and scanned in his surroundings, he checked his PDA which told him he was in a biome named 'The Safe Shallows' he felt relieved at the words, looking down at the water, he noticed some small fish swimming around, within a minute of deciding if he should dive in or not, he chose to take a leap of faith.
