Bret: where is she

Julie: she's upstairs in her room

Bret: can you call her down here so we could talk

Julie: yeah sure

Savannah's Room

Julie: Savannah honey your father and I would like to have a word with you

Savannah: ok mom I be right down

Downstairs in the living room

Savannah: so what did you guys wanted to talk about

Bret: what happened at the party

Savannah: didn't mom already told you

Bret: she did but I want to here it from you

Savannah: ok so um Thomas asked me at school if I wanted to go to the party and I said that I had to ask you guys

Bret: and then what happened

Savannah: so we went to his house and there where a lot of people and we started talking and we lost track of time

Bret: I don't believe you

Savannah: daddy that is the truth

Bret: no it's not

Savannah: yes it is

Bret: Savannah do you know that the police got called there that night when you guys left and there was alcohol and weed at the party

Savannah: no I didn't know that there was

Bret: well there was and do you know how I know that

Savannah: no

Bret: I got a call from one of the parents saying there was drinking and smoking

Savannah: I didn't know that there was any

Bret: are you sure about that Savannah

Savannah: yes

Bret: now I am going to ask you the most every honest question and I want you to be honest with me when I tell you this

Savannah: ok what is it

Bret: was you drinking or smoking weed

Savannah: no sir

Bret: are you sure that's what you want to tell me

Savannah: yes that's the truth

Bret: if I find out any different you will be in serious trouble do you understand me

Savannah: yes sir

Bret: good you can go to your room now

Julie: you don't think that she really did those things do you

Bret: I don't know I hope to god that she didn't
