ALLIYAH
"Mommy pasok na po ako. Bye." then nag beso ako bago tumakbo palabas ng bahay. "Take care Honey. I love you!" mommy shouted.
"Yes ma. I love you too!!"
"Naku! Ang sweet! TITA ALIS NA PO KAMI!" then pumasok na kami ni pau sa car niya.
"Mag-iingat kayo.." mom said habang nakatayo sa pinto habang nag wa-wave. We just waved back and immediately leave. I'm sure nagtataka kayo kung bakit hindi si Gab ang kasabay ko ngayon. Ewan ko rin. Naisip ko kasi na magiging awkward kung magkasama kami ngayon kaya tinawagan ko si pau na sakanya nalang ako sasama ngayon. And mukhang maaga ngang umalis dahil pagkagising ko wala na yung car nya.
"Bhest okay ka lang?" pau asked out of nowhere.
"Yeah, ofcourse." then i smile at her with assurance. Minsan nga naisip ko, bakit halos lahat sila matahimik lang ako ng konti, tatanong kaagad kung okay lang ako. Well, i can't blame them tho. Sadyang maalalahanin lang talaga sila :D
"You sure?" then she glance at me and get her eyes back on the way "mukhang ang lalim ata ng iniisip mo."
"Ano ka ba.. Wala no. Don't mind me because i'm perfectly fine. Magfocus ka na lang sa pagd-drive Okay?"

Pagdating namin sa school, nagulat ako nung pagpasok namin ni pau, pinagtitinginan kami---- uhh Ako? Pero bakit? "Bhest, ano bang meron?" i asked pau.
"I-i don't know.."
Then an anonymous student approach me and say "Alam mo Alliyah, ang swerte mo sakanya." then she smile widely saka umalis. At ako naman, naiwang nga-nga. Swerte? Sakanya?--- Natigil ako nung may nagbigay ng pink paper sakin. Nagsmile ulit yung girl bago umalis.
"Pau, ano 'to?" i asked pau out of nowhere. Hindi ko kasi alam kung anong nangyayari. Ang wierd!
"Malamang papel! Basahin mo kaya bhest!?" at sinunod ko naman yung sinabi ni pau. Binasa ko yung letter and ito yung nakasulat:
[ Alam mo bang simula pa noong naging magkaibigan tayo, may naramdaman na ako sayo? ]
then followed by a guy with green paper..
[ And as time goes by, hindi ko akalain na my feelings for you will get deeper as it was ]
And followed by students who give me papers na may sulat na.. (AN: Guys i'll seperate nalang the messages in the papers with spaces para mas feel nyo :D SO sana ma-gets nyo parin. Iniba ko lang para may dating. Hehe :P)
[ Hanggang umaabot sa point na.. ngumingiti akong mag-isa na parang tanga ] napa smile ako after kong mabasa yung message. Then i proceed to read the last one..
[ I always get jealous everytime you're with other guys. Hanggang sa isang araw i confessed on you unexpectedly. ] after nun, may narinig akong strum ng gitara and when i look straightly in front, i saw gab sitting with tarpaulin behind him saying...
'I LOVE YOU POTPOT' and i heard gasp coming from my bhestie. Even i can't believe that gab is doing all of this.
*strums of guitar*

Then tumigil syang magitara but still, keith was left playing. Lumapit sya sakin still singing habang tulala ako at fini-feel yung moment.

Place your head on my beating heart.." and he slowly get my right hand and placed it in his heart. Feeling ko ang daming kabayong nakikipagpaligsahan sa bilis ng takbo ng puso ko.

Hoping that you'll understand.." then from that, Gab stops singing but Keith didn't stop playing the guitar.
"Alliyah.." Gab started uttering with microphone ON. I feel quite uneasy dahil sobrang daming estudyante ang nanunuod samin ngayon but for the first time, i don't care kung marami sila cause iniisip ko na kami lang ni Gab ang tao sa loob ng campus. "I-i know you're thinking that i'm doing things too fast but sabi nga sa kinanta ko kanina, 'And i'm thinking 'bout how people fall inlove in mysterious ways'. And mismo ako, i've fallen inlove with you in mysterious and many ways. And i wanted to show my love for you starting now.." at halos mabasag ang eardrums ko sa sigawan ng mga estudyante sa paligid namin.
"Ahh----" natawa na lang ako nung hindi na siya makapagsalita dahil sa hindi maawat na sigawan ng mga tao.
And he tried to clear his throat where natigil naman ang lahat. "Pot, i know i can't be the perfect partner that you could have in your life but i promise that i will be the best as i can be." then he knelt down and asked, "Ms. Alliyah Kate Enriquez, can you be my girl?"
I don't know what get into me but i grab the mic and say, "As long as you're with me, everything will be perfect... so it's a YES!"
"WOAH!! D-DID YOU HEAR THAT?! SHE SAID YES!! WOOOOOOOOOOH!!" gab shouted as he hugs me then everything was covered by cheers and claps. I'm too overwhelmed sa mga nangyari. I didn't even expect anything and though it may be simple, atleast what he said was sincere. And all the fears and hesitations na naramdaman ko, nawala lahat and mom's right.. that love conquers all. I may not know what will happen tomorrow, next day, next month or next year as long as we're together, no one can break us.
"I love you Alliyah." he said as he let go from hugging me. "I love you too Gabriel." i replied.
And i didn't even expect that Gab would steal my FIRST KISS.
