I made my way back to the dining hall with the other officers by my side. I had all the suspects lined up next to each other and ready to finally announce who killed Nicolas Gunn.

"ciao abbiamo finalmente un colpevole!" says Pete Yamani looking around the room. What he didn't realize was that I knew more Italian than he thought I did and his charade wasn't fulling me. He had said in Italian, "Hello we finally have a culprit!"

"Yes, I do have a culprit, I know exactly who killed Mr. Gunn." I say stunning Mr. Yamani.

"So, who killed him?" asking Isabelle Harris.

"I will get to that, but first I need to see the bottom of each of your shoes, preferably your right foot" I exclaim as I walked past each suspect checking the bottoms of their shoes of every detail. "Thank you, now everyone can be seated for the next part."

"Why did you need to see the bottom of all our shoes?" asking John Alberts.

"I will also get to that" I say. "But first I will start with Donald Brunson and Debbie Flowers.

"So, here is what happened. The day before the party was a day of planning for all of you. Donald and Debbie you had a plan to soon get married and leave the firm for something better, were you not?" I say.

"Yes this it true." They both answer.

You both had issues with Nicolas Gunn. Debbie you where jealous that Mr. Gunn had everything yet you did not, and Donald it was more dislike for you. You wanted the promotion though you didn't get it. When Nicolas left the office that day you planned to murder him. Donald drove to Mr. Gunn's house late that night to kill him with the victims own gun, but the police had arrived from the burglary earlier that night. This ruined your plan so, you both waited before the party to make your move once again. Debbie made her way through the back of the boat house with a weapon in her hand to kill Nicolas. When she was done she made her way back out of the building. What she didn't realize till later was that her scarf was snagged and a piece torn off, falling to the floor of the boathouse. Donald took the scarf, hiding it to insure you where not caught.

Then there's Mayor Duncan. We have established that you where being blackmailed. You wanted to take care of Mr. Gunn, didn't you? Didn't want to have to pay him out anymore of your money. So, you arrive early, walk in through the back of the boat house, and shoot him. When you left you felt regret, that's why you got drunk. You started to drink your cares away and kept reliving the murder over and over. You never re-entered the boat house that night. You actually stumbled back into your cabin with the help of Ken and slept the rest of the night.

"That's not true!" screams Sam. "I didn't do it, I stumbled in the boat house late that night to see him already dead. That part is true. But I didn't kill him. Or at least I don't think so."

Wait, then there is the artist. The most brilliant painter extraordinaire. Lies! Pete Yamani you are nothing but a con-man, a fake, and a bank robber. Are you not "Pick Pocket" Pete? You where the one who robbed the D.P Bank where Miss Kossel works. That Italian accent of yours is fake. I knew by your comment earlier when you said something in Italian that truly meant "money" and not what you had proclaimed it meant. Also, after I got done talking to you my watch was suddenly missing. Which, Isabelle clearly pointed out during our interview. You knew Mr. Gunn was rich and he was just another one of your financial targets. You made your way in to steal from him but things didn't work as you planned did they. You brought a gun with you just in case. A revolver?

Moving forward, Mrs. Kossel arrived at the party on terms of seeing a friend, Mr. Gunn. However, when you arrived you had soon figured the gentleman who robbed DP bank was at the party. You scrambled to get your thoughts together, and wrote a letter to Pete which was found at the crime scene. When you had placed the note on Mr. Yamani's person, that's when you stole his gun. Perfect option to use his own gun against him. When you arrived out back of the boat house you slowly entered. There was a shadowy figure in which you expected to be Pete, yet it was not. Firing the gun twice you make your escape back to the party. It was when you regrouped with everyone that you noticed Pete Yamani was still alive. You ha
