Okay my friend requested drunk Intrulogical... but then I got a fever and sick fics are my comfort, plus I low key wanna see how badly my delirious ass will write this damn prompt. So Rem... I hope you can accept this,,, and if it's bad I blame my current physical state-

Remus was not typically the most gentle person. He was intrusive thoughts- obviously his personality was often chaotic and overbearing, it was his job. Besides, it was so much easier to live life not giving a shit about most things, than being all high strung. That role, was entitled to his boyfriend, Logan. Logan was the hardworking and smart one of the pair, and arguably, all of the sides. He was logic, he had to be efficient, and able to navigate any situation, no matter how many curve balls were thrown at him.

But very occasionally, due to extreme circumstances, the roles were reversed. Like today, for example.

Logan had come down with a terrible fever, and was holed up in his room all day, continuing to work as if he hadn't come down with such high temperatures. His brain felt fuzzy and distant as his usually ever flowing stream of thoughts strained to write simple sentences onto his paper. All of his senses tingled- his skin felt irritated and hot to the touch, his vision felt blurred as his eyes struggled to focus, his ears seemed to be underwater as everything around him muddled into the dull silence. He hadn't even heard Remus enter his room, carrying some soup Patton had made on a tray, gentle smile on his face for once.

"Hey specs," Remus started, placing the tray down onto Logan's desk. The nerd finally lifted his flushed face to see his boyfriend, tired eyes examining the soup that had been placed in front of him. "You've been in here all day... are you doing okay?" Logan ignored both the food, and his boyfriend, turning his gaze back towards his work. He wasn't good at venerability and emotions, and frankly, he just wanted to get this work done, and then reward himself with rest. "Lo," Remus started, crossing his arms in front of him. "Don't ignore me or I'll do something loud, annoying, and dangerous."

There was a paused before Logan slowly looked up towards Remus, flashing him a tired glare.

"I'm not in the mood for socializing," he mumbled, bringing a hand to his forehead to wipe the slight sweat that had started to for.

"Hey, you don't look to good," Remus commented, quickly bringing his hand to Logan's forehead. "You're really hot."

"Now's also not the time for your needless flirting," Logan sighed, attempting to gaze back towards his work.

"No, no. You're burning up. You have a fever," Remus muttered, cupping Logan's face into his hands worriedly. "But yes, you are hot," he winked, pulling his boyfriend up from his chair. Logan was far too drained to fight back or argue, though a few muttered attempts didn't go unnoticed from Remus.

The creative side dragged Logan towards his bed, wide smile as he succeeded in pulling the nerd from his work. He gently removed Logan's tie and glasses, and placed the warm and heavy covers over his partner's shoulders. Logan shivered as the blankets touched his bare arms, reminding him of how sensitive his skin was. All of his senses had been greatly muddled from the fever, and now even the soft touch from the blankets stung his warm skin. He curled in on himself slightly, bringing his limbs close together for warmth, as his boyfriend exited the room for a moment. Remus came back with a cold washcloth, carefully placing it across Logan's forehead, who fairly smiled at the contact.

"Will you stay?" Logan asked, face flushing in embarrassment as his strange state of venerability. He hated how needy he felt but... he didn't want to be alone right now. It was strange with how overly warm he felt, he wanted Remus to be close by his side.

"Of course!" Remus perked up, sliding under the covers to cuddle with his sick partner. He pulled Logan's head onto his chest, slowly running his fingers through the nerd's hair as he hummed contentedly. "I love ya, nerdy wolverine," Remus smiled, continuing to stroke Logan's hair slowly, as the side head grew heavier against his chest with each passing moment.

"I love you too," he mumbled, letting the drowsiness take him over.

Lmao my hands are radiating off so much heat I think I might melt my phone-
