Tommy wasn't supposed to have left yet, no, but they definitely weren't supposed to have left.

At the moment, he was heading the way that the old shed was from the camp site, and the Hema trio had decided to follow him when they had snuck out a few moments prior.

Tommy had left because he could feel something off about the site. It wasn't safe to stay there, and waking anyone up and telling them that he knew he wouldn't have been believed. So he left on his own.

However Hannah, Foolish, and Jack definitely weren't supposed to be part of the package.

"Where are we even going?" Jack asked.

"You followed me when I told you not to." Tommy said.

Hannah poked Tommy on the shoulder. "Spill, Tommy. Where are we headed?"

". . . An old shed." Tommy finally said.

The trio shared glances. "Why?" Foolish said.

  "I can feel him."

  "Who?" Jack asked.

  "Him. Tubbo."

  "Who's. . . Who's Tubbo?" Hannah asked.

Tommy gave a huff and stopped his tracks. He closed his eyes and listened to his heart. The beat was loud, and his body was clearly filled with much more power than before. Tubbo was so close, yet so far.

"Tommy." Hannah poked. "Dude."

"My power bond." Tommy said. "I thought he was dead, but I found out a few days ago he was still alive." He opened his eyes. "He's under the old shed."

The atmosphere seemed to change in an instant. The trio suddenly seemed more focused and serious. They understood what was happening now, why they had came on this field trip and why there were more chaperones than normal. This field trip wasn't a normal field trip.

Hannah was suddenly a German Shepard dog, sniffing the ground below them.

Foolish stepped ahead of Tommy. "I can run ahead and let you know if I see an old shed of any sort."

"Thank you." Tommy said, disbelief dripping from his tone as Foolish disappeared into the clearing.

"And I'll be right beside you." Jack put a hand on the blond boy's shoulder. "We'll get Tubbo back."

The three still in the clearing froze as a few shadow figures flew over their heads, landing in their path.

Tommy narrowed his eyes and frowned. In front of him was the one and only Dream. Schlatt was on his right and another, unfamiliar figure, on his left.

Dream held out his arms. "Tommy! Long time no see. It's been about two or three months, hasn't it?"

"Yeah, it has." Tommy said.

"Oh wow, that bomb did a number on you, didn't it?" Dream winced, taking a step forward. "Look at those scars."

"Where is Tubbo?" Tommy asked as Foolish joined him back at his side.

"Handling himself it seems." Foolish said. "I snuck in to get a look and it looks like the entirety of that place is in panic."

Schlatt scoffed. "He's lying. Tubbo hasn't been able to use his power in months."

"Because Tommy wasn't around." The unknown boy said. "I'll head back." He ran off the way Foolish came from.

Tommy clenched his fists. "So where's Techno?"
