Klaus approached his desiccating sister and pulled the blade from her chest, stroking her hair as she lay still.

He then held a blood bag carefully to her lips and before long, she bolted upright in her coffin.

"Nik?" she gasped, her eyes wide.

Klaus stepped back as his sister jumped out of the coffin and brushed herself down.

Raven stood with her arms folded, looking in disgust as she allowed the monster that killed her mother, to roam freely.

"Raven" Rebekah nodded in acknowledgement but she could tell by the look on their faces that this greeting would not be pleasant.

"What's going on?" she turned to her brother for guidance. He sighed, opening his mouth to explain but was cut off by Raven.

"Let me give you the rundown Rebekah" Raven smirked, standing closer "You will be leaving town and sadly, you will never return. I will make Mystic Falls my home and might possibly re-build a somewhat family here, you know, to replace the one you took from me?"

Rebekah glanced at Klaus, feeling guilty and then looked back at Raven to hear the rest of her instructions.

"Then, we will live our happiest lives, miles away from one another" Raven smiled.

"That's it? You're letting me go?" Rebekah asked with plain scepticism.

"Well... you'll be running from Katherine Pierce and her white oak stake, but that's no big deal, right? I mean, you've already ran from death for half of your life...why stop now?" Raven shrugged.

"Nik?" Rebekah questioned, wondering who's side he was on.

"I did not know Katherine would have the stake when I made the deal" he pleaded.

"What deal?" Rebekah looked heartbroken and betrayed.

Raven gasped in delight at this "You see that look?" she glanced between Rebekah's expression and Klaus' face "That's exactly how I felt when my mother was killed because I loved someone"

Klaus looked lost and confused, trying to put the pieces together.

Raven approached him and laid her hand on his cheek "Rebekah compelled my mother to kill herself if we showed any signs of affection towards one another. Of course, we did. I was infatuated with you and my mother paid the price" she revealed.

Raven then stepped away from Klaus and left him to process this information and instead turned to Rebekah "Klaus agreed to help keep you out of town. I guess it's time to find a new home, Rebekah. I suggest New York, it's lovely there" she smiled cunningly.

"Klaus?" Rebekah looked torn and betrayed "You agreed to this?"

"Rebekah you killed her mother. I chose you once. I sided with you" he spoke with frustration.

"So now, he's siding with me" Raven held her hand on her hip "Do you want me to call you a taxi?"

"I want to say goodbye to Elijah" Rebekah pushed past Klaus and Raven forcibly.

"Ah yes, because you was so gracious to grant me with a goodbye before murdering my only parent" Raven yelled after her.

Rebekah vamped around "I told you I was sorry!" she yelled back.

"Sorry doesn't bring her back!" Raven screeched, fighting back her tears.

Her screech bounced back and forth, off the corrugated metal walls, echoing around the warehouse and the birds outside, fled the trees in a panic.
