At office
I am so tired working so hard. I feel like going home. But there is a meeting today. Uggggghhhh!!!
The manager comes and tell all of us that the meeting is going to start. All of us get up and we go to the conference room.
We are all in the conference room. Waiting for grey to enter. Grey enters the room and starts talking about the next project. Our company cracked a huge deal. We all are now working hard for that deal. I didn't hear anything grey said.
"Miss rose?" Grey asks
I get up from my seat "yes Mr grey" I reply
"Are you even listening?" He aks
"Yeah" I reply being nervous
"Okay ladies and gentleman we should all get back to work" he adds
Ohhh finally the boring meeting ended.
Everybody left the room. I am about leave the room grey calls me
"Miss rose"
"Yes Mr grey" I reply
"You are going to assist era. She is designing everything" he adds
I nod and leave the room.
I go to era's desk.
"Hey era! How can I help assist you?"
"Rose! Could you please design the logo?! You need to design more than five logos. I will choose it later." Says era
"Okay" I reply
I go to my desk for designing the logo. After I complete designing the logo I take it to era for approval.
"Hey era! I have done it. You need to approve."
"Let me check" says era
Era likes two of the designs unable to choose one.
"I am so confuse rose. Could you please go to grey and ask him to choose one" era asks
I nod.
Uggh I need to take it to grey. Why me?
I go to Grey's room
"May I come in?"
"Yeah" he replies
" Mr grey you need to approve the design"
"Okay let me see" he replies
Finally he finalize one of the logos as the final logo.
"Miss rose here you go" he says
"Thank you " I reply
I turn around to go back
"Miss rose?" He asks
"Yes" I reply Turning around to him
"So what did you decide?" He asks
"Decide?" I ask
"About harry?" He asks
" I think we should focus on our work Mr. grey. Era might be looking for me" I reply
I leave the place
What is his problem. Why is he so concerned about harry and mine relationship?
year 2002
14th July 2:00 am
After thinking about Harry's hurtful word I am walking at the corridor. My mom comes covering her face with a scarf. She stands in front of me.
"Mom what are you doing here? Aren't you happy ruining peoples lives?" I ask
"Rose you need to finish grey within tonight" she replies in a low voice
"What ? Mom are you crazy?"I reply
" I want to see Lara suffer. She will suffer" she replies
"Look mom if you want me to kill her I can do that. Because she ruined our life. But not her childrens" I reply
"So if you are not killing grey I have another son of Lara to kill" she replies
"Mom don't you dare to think about Harry" I reply
" I will. So you want harry to be okay kill grey. Look rose I promised you I won't harm harry. But I gave you condition that is you need to kill grey and era. But rather killing era you became her friend. So I had to kill her. But I won't kill grey. Because you are going to kill him. Think about it or else Harry will be dead " she replies
"Mom I am not going to kill grey do whatever you want" I reply
"Rose you are making me angry!" She gets furious
" you wanna kill harry kill him" I roll my eyes
"Rose you are not taking me seriously " she says
She takes out a gun from her bag. Convincing me that she will kill harry.
I get nervous. She is about to leave I stop her.
"Mom! Wait! " I reply
"So what did you decide?" She asks
"Mom why are you doing this to me?" I ask crying
"Look rose you are the only one apart from his family who can enter his room. So go and kill him" she replies.
"Everyone will doubt me" I reply
" no one is going to doubt you. You are going to give him a special kind of poison. It will look like natural death. " she replies
" ohhhh so you mean all the doctors are illiterate." I reply
" rose just do as I say " she replies
She gives me the poison from her bag and tells me to go to Grey's room.
I leave for Grey's room . I go inside his room. He is not in his senses wearing oxygen mask. I look at him. Tears rolls from my eyes. I mix the poison with grey's blood with a big syringe. I starts crying more. I open the door to leave I look around towards him
"I am sorry grey" I cry and Leave the room.
While Leaving the room I check whether there is anyone outside the room. I find no one and I get relief. My tears are not stopping. I go outside the hospital seeing mom waiting for me. She looks at me with unanswered questions in her eyes.
I go in front of her.
"Did you do it" she asks
I nod and starts crying
My mom hugs me and consoles me.
year 1993
16th march
At university
Harry comes to me
"Rose look I thought about it. I am sorry I cannot do it. You can make me do anything but not this" he says
" look Harry go to hell" I get furious
Harry looks at me with full innocence in his eyes.
"Okay I will do it" he replies with a forceful voice.
"That's the spirit. Lets get to work" I reply
"You are going to do that with me?! He asks shockingly
" what did you think? You are pro? No dude you need help. And only I can help you" I reply
" you mean you pro?" He asks
"Nope. But making myself one" I smile
"Let's go." I reply
We waited for the departure. All the students left. Everyone left. All the staffs left. There are only three people here.
"Harry everyone left. Only the principal is here"
"How come he didn't leave" he asks
I look at him with a smirk
"What did you do?" He asks
"Doesn't matter. Take this polythene kill him with this polythene." I reply
"Polythene? Are you crazy? He asks
" just do as I say. Let's go to his room" I reply
We go to principal's room. We knock the room.
"Sir may we come in ?" I say
"Come in " he replies
"Harry rose what are you both doing here" he asks
"Sir we need to ask you something " I reply
I tell Harry to go in front of principal with sign language. Harry is nervous but I pinch him. He goes forward.
He stands in front of principal. Principal is sitting on his rocking chair. Harry took out the polythene from the other hand. And put his head inside the polythene. Leaving him breathless. With the lack of oxygen and air e e eventually he dies.
Harry and I run away from there. To our shock we see few of the staffs are roaming around the campus.
"All the staff were supposed to leave. Why are they here?" Harry asks
"I don't know. Harry we need to leave before they gets to see us." I reply
We can hear the footsteps coming towards us. Harry hold my hand and pulls me towards the pillar.
We are so close that we can feel each others heartbeats. Harry's hand is around my waist. I can feel his touch. We look at each other for few moments. The moment we realize we become awkward. The staffs Leaves the place but not university. We both run away from there and get out from the university holding each other's hand.
