Was I not good enough...

The Letters

Two days had passed by and I was released from the hospital wing. Pansy and Blaise had left the day before since they had classes. As I was walking by the library to my dorm I heard whispering here and there about me and Draco, I guess the word  does get around fast in Hogwarts but I didn't mind since everyone deserves to know how much of an asshole Draco is. I got to the Slytherin common room to see Crabbe and Goyle sitting on the couches. They were both Draco's "bodyguards" since they would always follow him around, it was shocking to see them here instead with Draco since their together like 24/7. When I got back to my dorm I headed straight to the bathroom to still see the blood still there. I got some paper towels from under my sink and started cleaning the floor. I then get the blades and throw them away, a part of me did want to cut myself again but I didn't so I went to my desk and grabbed a pice of paper and quill and started writing to my parents and the Malfoy's to inform them that me and Draco had broken up. The Malfoy's and my parents had always got together. They would always talk about me and Draco getting married one day and having kids but I know that won't be happening anytime soon anymore. I had finished writing my letter to my parents and it read,

Dear Mother and Father ,

I am writing to inform you that me and Draco had broken up. He had cheated on my with Astoria Greengrass five times. Not only that but they slept together twice even during the three years we had been together. We did have our good times but at the end that/I didn't matter to him because he cheated on me. I am gonna inform the Malfoy's about this as soon as I finish this letter. Also I did almost end my life by cutting myself but I am now doing a bit better. This has all happened in the last two days. I miss you guys so much and I can't wait to see you guys again during the holidays.

I then started writing my letter to the Malfoy's like I said I was which that read,

 Dear Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy

I am writing this letter to inform you that me and your son had officially broken up. He had cheated on me with Astoria Greengrass five times and had slept with her twice during the three years we were together. I have no idea on why he had done that. I am no longer seeing him or even talking to him. I will miss all the great times we had with our family and wish you guys the best.

I then owl it to both our parents and headed to bed. It is the next morning and I wake up to Pansy on top of me trying to wake me up. "Finally your awake." She laughed. "Uhhh, do I have to get up?" I groan. "Yes you do your gonna be late classes starts in 20 minutes." She said. "WHAT why didn't you wake me up earlier." I said rushing to get ready. "Well you looked to peaceful." She giggled. After I got ready we both rushed to potions which we had to have it with Professor Snape. We both enter about 5 minutes late. "Your late so you'll be joining me in detention later today after school." He yelled.  Me and Pansy both nodded our heads and sat in our seats. She sat next to Dean Thomas and I sat next to Luna Lovegood. Me and her were always good friends and had always got together well. About halfway through the lesson the door opens and I see Astoria with messy hair and smudge lipstick and Draco next to her with messed up hair and an unbutton shirt. Everyone was looking at me but I gather all my stuff and ran to the bathroom. When I got their I locked my self on a stall and broke down crying. It hurts me to still see him  with her. I then heard someone call my name... it was Luna. Like I said she was always good with me so I opened the stall to let her in. "Oh darling I'm so sorry." She said giving me a tight hug. "I didn't think he would go back to her after everything we been through." I said crying on her chest. "I know darling but sometimes you have to let go of the people you love." She said. "I just can't let him go yet Luna." I said chocking on my words. We then heard the door open to see Pansy. "Hey Bri I'm sorry about him, he is just a brainless dickhead who doesn't know what he's missing." She said. "Thanks Pans but I wanna go back to my dorm." I said crying. "Ok do you wanna us to come with you?" She asked. "No it's fine I just wanna be alone, can one of you guys tell Professor Snape that I don't feel good and I'll meet him for detention later please." I responded. "Of course I'll tell him darling, I hope you feel better and I'll catch you on potions after your detention." Said Luna. "Ok thank you Luna I really appreciate you also you Pansy. I'll see you guys later." I said. "Okay bye." Said Pansy. I then get to my dorm and locked myself up. I laid in bed crying. I then turn to the side to see I had gotten two letters. I get up to my desk and started reading them, they both read-

Dear Daughter,

We are so sorry to hear that you and Draco had broken up. We will no longer visit the Malfoy's after this. We truly miss you back at home. If you would want you can come visit back home for a while if you liked but if you choose not to it's okay and we'll wait for the holidays. Just promise us to not let anyone gat to you where it causes you to take your life. Please stay safe and strong. We love you princess and can't wait to see you.

Love your, Mother and Father

I was happy to read that letter from my parents which made me a bit happy but then I read the letter from the Malfoy's which read-

Dear Briana Smith, 

We are really sad to hear that you and Draco had broken up. We are so sorry that he had cheated on you we don't know what has gotten to him. We have owl him to see what happened and are waiting for a response. We will miss you and your parents coming over to the Malfoy Manor. Hopefully you guys can still come visit. We truly are sorry for our son's actions and we wish you and your parents the best. You will always be in our hearts no matter what.

I was also happy to see that they'd still care about me. I put the letters down and got to bed to take a nap since I had gotten a headache for all the crying I have been doing lately and to kill time until it was time for detention.
