In October, 26, 2014 the KLM was the last Airline that operate MD-11, and the Dc-10 last flight as i know is December 7 idk the year, or February 2014. Biman Bangladesh Airlines is the last Airlines that operate DC-10, and there is 747 Trijet but its failure, plane that i know that trijet is : McDonnell Douglas Dc-10, McDonnell Douglas MD-11, Boeing 727, and BOeing 747 trijet and its failure, and theres a unique plane that have 4 Engine in the back usually the plane have 4 engine was in the wing, then look at this plane
