Before you start the chapter, I'd like to make it clear that Y/Ns race is NOT specified, Y/N is you, so you can imagine her however you'd like. I try my hardest to refrain from saying things that can only apply to certain races, therefore if anything comes up and bothers you, please let me know :)

The next day (First-person POV)

I woke up to a bright light coming from my window. It was now morning. I grabbed my phone off of my nightstand, confused on how it got there, but not thinking much of it. I have to admit, I did freak out a bit when I saw it was 9 am. That was, until I realized it was a Saturday. Part of me was glad, it gave me a chance to settle into the new atmosphere of Jujutsu Tech and its students. I lifted myself off the bed, yawning as I stretched my arms. I looked down at myself to realize I never changed out of my uniform yesterday. I was lost in thought until I recieved a text from Gojo-sensei. Unlocking my phone, I clicked on the message,

"I'll be at your dorm in 30, hope you're ready for breakfast!" it read.

I rolled my eyes and clicked the power button. I decided to explore more of my dorm, and found there was a good-sized bathroom next to the closet door where Gojo left my suitcases. Grabbing a few items out of my bag, I rushed into the bathroom to get ready. The first thing I noticed, was that I needed to take a shower. My uniform was not in good shape and caused me to smell, I wondered why no one pointed that out when we went to eat yesterday. Dropping my clothes onto the ground, I stepped into the shower and slid the glass door shut. I have to say, it was pretty nice for a dorm bathroom. The warm water dribbled down my body, the mist clouding the glass. I reached over to grab the new bar of soap, then starting to wash my body.

To be honest, I was nervous. Nervous to start over, nervous to involve new people in my life. All I could think about was if I made a good first impression. Did they like me? Or did they think I was annoying? Did they think I had great potential? Perhaps I came off too cold. I didn't know. And that made me really nervous. For someone as confident as myself, I was wondering why I suddenly started doubting myself. Maybe the past still effects me deep down.

Sighing at my thoughts, I turned off the water and stepped out to grab a towel. Wrapping it around my body, I untie my hair, previously being tied up to avoid getting wet. Pieces of my hair lay in front of my face, resulting in me pushing it behind my ears.

I was a mess, but I figured since I'd be doing some training today, I shouldn't do much to my face. I put on some concealer to cover my very prominent eye bags I've developed over time from my lack of sleep, and decided to keep my hair down. Reaching across the counter, I grabbed the black sweatpants I left out for myself, along with a plain white tank top. I wanted to keep it simple, it was a Saturday morning after all. Right after slipping my top on, I heard countless knocks on my door. Well, more like bangs. After all, it was Gojo sensei's doing.

"I'm coming! Stop creating so much commotion this early, as per usual!" I yelled, rolling my eyes.

I opened the door to a very energetic 28 year old. Staying silent, I waited for him to speak up.

"Oi, Y/N, there you are!" he beamed, "you seem ready to go to me... come on, i'll bring you to the other first years."

I nod my head, closing the door behind me. Across the hall were 3 other dorms, which I assumed were Kugisaki, Itadori, and Fushiguros' dorms. I wonder why there's such a small amount of students attending here. Shrugging it off, I followed Gojo to where the other students were eating.

In the small room I was brought to, sat my classmates. Itadori and Fushiguro were next to eachother, leaving an empty seat across the table next to Kugisaki. I looked over to Gojo, giving him a look to imply I was asking whether I should intrude or not. He nodded, and I gave a small smile before walking towards the empty chair. I slid into my seat and awkwardly smiled at everyone.
