TW: Blood, angst, gore

"Incredible.. what a pain this brat is." Sukuna scoffed, "it's obvious he's just screwing around with me!"

The curse stared at him, waiting for him to strike.

--Sukuna tapped the special grade on its shoulder, "Hold on a minute here, I'm thinking."

"...what I need, is someway to regret making him do all of this."

In his head, he was weighing out the options he had. If he tried to kill Megumi, he figured Itadori would just switch back. So his only option was to change nothing.

"Come on, let's go kill some kids," Sukuna said, motioning for the special grade to follow him.

He reformed Yuji's fingers, shaping them back to the original form. He noticed the cursed spirit wasn't moving, he looked back to see the curse forming another one of his cursed energy bombs.

"Idiot." Sukuna groaned.

Soon enough, the fire was flying towards him. He stuck out his hand, accidentally fixing it, before completely shielding the attack.

Once the smoke was out of the way, he looked down at his hand, feeling that it was moving again.

"Ah shit, I fixed this one too." He scoffed, looking back up at the spirit, "What, you don't like taking walks or something?"

The curse stayed silent, tilting its head like some sort of dog.

"...Well, that's true, cursed spirits are supposed to stay where they're born..." Sukuna muttered

"In that case...

"You'll die here!" Sukuna laughed, running towards the special grade, knocking him out with one hit.

"What's wrong? Don't tell me you're done already.." He mocked.

The curse struggled to lift itself up, clenching its gruesome teeth.

"Yeah... that's it... just try a little harder!"

Before the curse could do anything more, Sukuna stepped on its head, breaking through the ground.

"We need to expand the evacuation area to 10 kilometers." Fushiguro proclaimed.

"What about you two?" Ijichi asked.

"I'll stay... I'm going to wait for Itadori" Megumi responded, "As for Katsu, I think you should take her with you, it isn't safe."

"Hey, since when do you speak for me, asshole?" Y/N spat, glancing at Megumi with a dirty look, "I'll be staying as well, Ijichi, thank you very much."

This made Fushiguro scoff and roll his eyes. But he knew he couldn't change her mind.

"Understood. I'm going to take Kugisaki to the hospital. Then I'll come back for you three." Ijichi nodded.

"No need, you wouldn't be of that much use in this situation." Megumi shrugged.

"To really help, you could have them send us a sorcerer whose grade 1 or higher." Y/N continued.

"If, one was around." The ravenette said sarcastically.

"I'll do my best. Later." Ijichi said, before rolling up his window and driving off.

It was a beautiful day before all of this. They'd previously been training outside together. It was sunny and chilly, perfect weather.

--And now, Y/N and Megumi stood in the humidity, while rain dripped down their foreheads.
