Chapter Five

Jordan's pov

I speed walk our of school and off into the park just down the road to further calm my self . I take a seat under the big oak and pull out my notepad and begin to doodle absentmindedly.

"Hey" someone spoke causing me to jump and look up to see a tall muscular man of a boy.

"Oh h-hey" I stutter suddenly nervous,god I'm pathetic. He chuckles.

"You look like your in hell mind if I sit next to you?" He says with a sympathetic smile. I shurg.

"Sure"

He sits down his leather jacket russles slightly and we sit in silence until he looks over at what I'm drawing.

"That's kinda depressing...?" He finally says and I draw my attention to what I've drawn and I notice its a person in the corner with dark hand s strangling them as black tears fall from their face.

I quickly shut my notepad and ram it in my bag before standing up to leave.

"Wait, I know I don't know you and I have no right to nose  in your business but whats wrong? I can see a deep sadness within your eyes and a tint of constant fear,you do well hiding it but I can still see it." I stare at this boy blankly who does he think he is he's probably out to hurt me.

I scowl at him and storm off as he shouts,

"You can hide from whatever it is your hiding"

The strangest thing was I believed him. Clutching the strap of my bag hanging off my shoulder iI hurried back into high school just as they bell rang out for break I don't know exactly why I bothered coming back so soon but then I had to see Anne.She was standing under our tree busy texting. I alked up to her and waved my hand in front of her face to which she pumped and looked up at me and a smile formed on her face.

"Hey I was beginning to think you wouldn't show" she laughed and linked her arm with mine. "Come on I want no NEED fooood! She says dragging me along with her to the canteen. We walked in and she ran off to join they que and I went to sit at our usual table. I began to stare into space when suddenly a boy came up to me, and he was cute he had amazing blue eyes and a neat blonde hairstyle.

"Can I sit here?" He asked me surprising me with his deep voice. I gave a small nod and he placed his tray down just as Anne showed up.

"Ooo who's this then are you trying to replace me?" She points an accusing finger at me. I laugh.

"As if anyone could replace you"

"Dam straight, no one is like me who's words are as precious as glitter and ferry presence is like a trillion rainbow's"

"Of course "

The boy across from me just looked at us like we were aliens, before laughing.

"I'm Greg by the way" he finally told us his name.

"Well hey there Greg let me warn you this here" I point at Anne" is Anne she I'll make you go crazy so get out while you can" Anne nudged me in the ribs causing me to hiss.

"But I may make you crazy yet Jordan by here will experiment on you in more ways than one" she winked at me and I let out a groan and his behind my hands.

"Oh so your that gay kid?" He said causing me to look at him with my look asking him to explain.

"The one my brother has a.... Wait I shouldn't be saying this he'd murder me" Greg spoke.

"So your new then?"Anne switched the conversation but I knew she'd find out somehow, trust me when there's a new price of gossip it's usually her that supplied it. I was no longer paying attention to their convo, instead I was starring at the table in the middle of the Lucy hall where my crush and biggest hater was. I watched him as he smiled and laughed with his friends knowing that it was at my expense.
