Chapter Nine

Jordan's P.O.V

It didn't take long for the 'rumor' to to spread through the whole school. By lunch there wasn't a single person in the whole school that didn't know about it. The whole day was spent with girls constantly coming up to me asking about anne, yet I was forever conscious of Luke watching me. His glare like a permanent burn upon my skin at moment he seemed furious but at others he was just blank.
I walked up to my usual lunch table to see Anne sat there with Greg.
"You have to tell him" Anne whispered.
"Are you crazy I can't do that"
"You do it or I will"
I sat down facing them.
"Okay what is it you two?"
"Greg" Anne nudged him "has something you need to know" she said starring at him.
"...urgh fine. Look you know Luke?" I nod "well he's my half brother" my eyes go wide.
"What?!"
"Shhhhh!!" Greg says glaring at me while checking over his shoulder at Luke's table. He let out a relieved sigh.
" I can't tell you the rest right here but if Anne can we can all go to her house"
It was Anne's turn to go wide eyed.
"Anne it'll be fine" I kiss her forehead quickly as I see a group look at us all suspiciously. Next thing there was a massive commotion in the middle of the hall.
" IM NOT A FUCKING LIAR SAM!"...that's Luke?
" Oh really? Your as much as a fag as him!"
The hall goes silent and the tension is so thick it's hard to breathe.
"W-what?" Luke stutter with nerves.
" You know exactly what you fag." Sam snarls
"I'm n-not!"
"Oh really that's why I saw you kiss that" he points at me and the group of people part ways and look at me. As gasps fill the air. A chair squeaks behind me.
"IVE HAD IT WITH YOU ALL. ALL OF YOU PATHETIC PEOPLE BEING HOMOPHOBIC SHUT THE FUCK UP WERE ALL JUST PEOPLE AND THE NEXT PERSON I HEAR SAYING ANYTHING I WILL JUST BEAT THE FUCK OUT OF NOW SIT DOWN ALL OF YOU AND SHUT UP!" Anne yelled her voice echoing around. As she stopped everyone scattered because when Anne makes a threat it's a promise... Sam glared at her.
"Your a bitch. So what I'm not scared of a little girl like you"
That was it Anne was there in two seconds flat and Sam had no time to prepare himself as he hit the floor with a crack. Next there was a hurendous scream of agony from Sam. And finally the teachers entered.

I sat on a bench with Anne and Greg and Luke. No Sam because he was in an ambulance on his way to the hospital with a broken shoulder blade.
The principle appeared from his office and called us all in. The tension sky high.
"Now I'm not going to even bother with ranting at you all. Luke Greg and Jordan you are all going to be kept in isolation together and you begin next period so go to Mrs Edwards room now." I stood up with Greg quick to follow and Luke hesitating but following soon after. I stopped after the office door was closed and immediately pressed my ear against the door anxious to find out whats happening with Anne. The other two didn't even protest they just joined.
"Anne I'm appalled at you. Yes I understand your more sensitive to the subject of being homophobic because of your parentage but to go and viciously attack another student is no excuse. For that reason I'm excluding you for 2 weeks and will place you in a further 2 weeks of isolation when you return."
" I understand sir"
"Good one of your mother's will be at reception..."
I stepped back and looked at Greg and Luke and we all felt bad.
"We'd better go".
