Chapter 3- She's Coming!

I woke up on Wednesday with a smile. I was going to see Thomas! I hadn't seen him since we parted ways then we 'defined' w.c.k.d so to speak. I said goodbye to him in a parking lot in Beacon Hills. He asked me to stay but I had to find them. I spent 8 months looking for them. But now I think I'm ready to settle down and have a normal teen girl life. No weird people putting me in mazes, no monsters chasing me. No cranks or grievers, just a normal life with my biggest problem being who likes who. Thomas and I had an interesting past... I was the 2nd person to come up in the maze and Teressa was the last. I still remember the first day I saw him. He was out of breath, sweating and confused as hell! I was the only girl in there for a long time so there was almost an unspoken rule that no one could date (me). Newt used to call me the heart of the glade. I would always be singing and dancing with everyone at the bonfires. I missed them.. But atleast I will see Thomas! I felt so bad for him with the whole Teressa thing and all that I felt I couldn't stay not only because I needed to find them but because I knew it wasn't just to stay in Beacon Hills but to stay with him.

All day I was looking at the clock-9:00, 9:45, 10:05- 5 minutes turned into 10. It felt as if time had stopped just to mock me. I hadn't even thought about how I would convince my dad to let her stay. So as soon as the first period ended I ran to call my dad.

"Hey! Hey Dad! So I need to ask you something!"

"Really? Can't it wait I'm kinda busy" Sheif replied which made Stiles grun and roll his eyes.

"No Dad, it's kinda important!" 

"Well I'm sorry but I don't think it's as important as a murder" Mr. Stilinski said as he instiedly regreted "No no no! You never heard that! And you're going to forget I said anything!!!" he said as the clumsy brown haired boy on the other end took what his dad just said all in and ran outside so no one could hear him. He took a deep breath and than the questions came.

"Wha..wait..how..who.. kids? Do I kno.. superna.. Tell me!!!" Was all he could spit out.

"I can't you know that" he sarcastic annoyed boy clenched his teeth and sighed.

"...fine but I'm coming straight there after school!" and with that his dad sighed and hung up knowing there was no stopping him.

As the pack sat down to eat lunch Scott asked Stiles to hang tonight because his mom said someone was murdered and he knew Stiles knew something about it and probably wanted to find who did it. 

“Sorry Scott I’m busy” the crime loving boy said naturally without even making eye contact with his werewolf friend. As soon as the words left his mouth Scotts head shot up. Scott wouldn’t have really cared if Stiles was the one that asked him because he wasn’t the one that into that kind of stuff but Stiles turning down the chase to find a murder or even another died body was carzy. But Scott wasn’t the only one to notice Allison and Liam looked up, surprised at the fact that Stiles said it so easily, as if he really didn’t care. They all made eye contact and started talking through eyebrow moshins until Lydia finally looked up and saw this weird conversion in moshin. 

“Whats happening?” She said with a confused look. At this comment they finally stopped and just asked “What..What are you doing?” That's when Stiles finally looked up from his lunch and saw the interest everyone had in his statement. 

“Ohh I..uhm..I’m going to pick up my dad from work” The nervous brown eyed boy stated. Which wasn’t a complete lie, it just wasn’t why he couldn’t hang out.

“Wait.. But your dad only leaves at 6:30 and with the murder wouldn’t he have to stay later?” The alpha of the group said leaving Stiles to come up with another lie on the spot. 

“Well ya..but uhh.. I want to learn about the case. I can help him out, you know” Stiles said, not knowing what was coming out of his mouth until he finished and was proud of his answer. It was a buyable answer so they didn't really question it.
