*Lunch*
Marinette: *Eating her lunch*
Luka: *Walks over* Is this seat taken?
Marinette: *Looks at him* N..no.. go ahead.
Luka: *Sits next to her*
Marinette: Did you not order any lunch?
Luka: I've already eaten. I just... wanted to see you.
Marinette: It's... good that you came to see me because i've been wanting to apologise for a while now.
Luka: You don't need to apologise. As long as you tell me the truth, I don't need any apologies.
Marinette: *Sighs* That's the thing, Luka. I... I really can't tell you the full truth.
Luka: I get it... sometimes you have secrets that you only share at the right time.
Marinette: And I guess now isn't a good time.
Luka: I understand. *Puts his hand on her shoulder* Whenever the time is right, I'll be here.
Marinette: *Smiles* Thank you, Luka.
Luka: *Smiles back, gets up and leaves*
Marinette: *Looks down, sad, then continues eating*
Adrien: *Walks in, sees Marinette, about to walk up to her*
Kagami: *Sitting at the table opposite* Adrien...
Adrien: *Stops and turns to Kagami*
Kagami: You got a minute?
Adrien: *Looks at Marinette*
Marinette: *Doesn't notice Adrien standing behind her, putting headphones in*
Adrien: *Looks back at Kagami* S..sure.. *He sits next to her*
Kagami: I'm sorry...
Adrien: For what?
Kagami: For ending our friendship. I was mad...
Adrien: Kagami, you had every right to be mad. All I did was constantly lie to get away from you. I was being a jerk.
Kagami: I'm not mad at you anymore... Marinette made me see that...
Adrien: Marinette?
Kagami: I talked to her before lunch and she made me see that sometimes couples should take their own personal space once in a while... especially if you are grieving.
Adrien: Grieving?
Kagami: I know why you lied... you're missing your mom and me constantly trying to be with you made you uncomfortable.
Adrien: You never make me uncomfortable...
Kagami: Well... If you still wanna spend some time alone, just let me know. You don't have to keep lying to me.
Adrien: Kagami, listen...
Kagami: *Her phone rings* Sorry, it's mother. I'll talk to you later. *Gets up and leaves*
Adrien: *Sighs and looks at Marinette*
Marinette: *Smiling whilst watching something on her phone*
Adrien: *Still staring at her, feels his heart beating faster than usual*

*10 minutes later*
Lila: *Walks past Alya and Marinette*
Marinette: *Still spaced out*
Alya: Earth to Marinette? *Clicks her fingers*
Marinette: *Snaps out of it*
Alya: Ok, there's definitely something going on.
Marinette: *Groans* It's nothing, Alya.
Alya: It's clearly not nothing. Something is going on and you're not telling me.
Marinette: I wish I could tell you, Alya, but I can't!
Alya: What happened to telling each other everything?
Marinette: I'm sorry Alya but this is something that I have to keep to myself. *Leaves*
Lila: *Smirks* Hmm... if Marinette won't tell her her big secret... I'll tell her myself... *Walks up to her, smiling*
Alya: Hey, Lila.
Lila: I really didn't wanna be rude but I couldn't help but overhear your conversation.
Alya: Don't worry, we were both speaking loud anyways.
Lila: Do you want to talk about it?
Alya: Um...
Lila: Oh, I'm sorry, it's not any of my business. I'll just leave you alone...
Alya: No, Lila, stay. I could use some advice...
Lila: *Smiles* I knew you would. What's on your mind?
Alya: Ever since Marinette broke up with Luka, she's starting to become more.... secretive.
Lila: I've noticed that too.
Alya: I mean, we're best friends, we're supposed to tell each other everything...
Lila: Yeah, especially the time when she went to the cinema without you.
Alya: Wait, what?! H..how do you know that?!
Lila: She told me... wait... did she not tell you?!
Alya: No! She never even asked me to go to the cinema! Who did she go with?
Lila: Alya, as your friend, I'm going to tell you this in the nicest way possible without hurting your feelings. She... went with Adrien.
Alya: Oh my god... she was cheating on Luka! I have to tell him!
Lila: You can't! It will hurt Luka! It's best if you kept this to yourself....
Alya: *Sighs, feeling hurt*
Lila: I'll catch up with you later. *Leaves*

*In Hawk Moth's lair*
Hawk Moth: Yes... Lila Rossi, you're exceptional, just what I needed to fufill my plan. Now we need her to feed into that anger! *Evil laughs*
