Some of these methods I made up and some I Googled. These methods might not work for you, but that's okay, you can always try another method or keep trying the same one. This chapter is pretty self-explanatory, so I'll just start.
1: The Raven Method- Lie down in a comfortable position and start counting to 100 while visualizing your desired reality. Repeat affirmations about your DR until you fall asleep. If it works, you'll wake up in your desired reality.
2: The Lavender Method- Lie in your bed in a comfortable position you could fall asleep in. Clear your mind and visualize you and your bed fading into darkness. Continue visualizing lavender mist flowing into the darkness, surrounding you. Take in the mist and as it clears, visualize you in your DR bed. Repeat shifting affirmations (while still visualizing your DR) until you fall asleep. The goal is to wake up in your desired reality.
3: The Group Shifting Method- If you are shifting with other people, do he same method at the same time and add affirmations like "I am shifting with (name)."
4: The Song Method- Choose a subliminal to listen to and start playing it. Find a song that will get stuck in your head but won't be annoying when you listen to it multiple times and play it over the subliminal. You should still be able to hear the subliminal quietly in the background. Do this before you plan on shifting. You can then use any other method to shift, as long as you keep the song on your mind. I recommend listening to the same subliminal and song every time you use this method. (How will this help me? Listening to a song will trigger your subconscious to remember the subliminal, thus boosting your shifting capabilities.)
5: The Light Method- Lay down in a comfortable position and visualize yourself breathing in your favorite color and breathing out your least favorite color. Then, imagine a glowing ball of light in your head growing to encase your body. Allow your "vision" to white out as your desired reality fades in. Repeat shifting affirmations until you fall asleep. This also works as a meditation.
6: The Sunni Method- Sit or lay down and imagine/feel your DR. Do this until you can really feel that you are in your DR. Before you go to sleep, lay in your bed in a comfy position and visualize your DR and repeat affirmations. Make sure your mind is clear and focused to really feel like you are in another reality.
7: The Stair Method- Get into a comfortable position with your eyes closed, but still surrounded by your original reality. Then, visualize a staircase in front of you. As you "walk" up it, repeat affirmations. At the top, visualize your DR.
8: The Altered Stair Method- Get into a comfortable position in your bed and imagine it rising up to a platform with a staircase. Visualize yourself getting out of your bed and climbing up the stairs. As you walk, repeat affirmations. Visualize things from your DR on/around the staircase and a mirror every so often where you visualize any changes to your physical appearance one by one. By the time you reach the top of the stairs, you should fully look and feel like your DR self. At the top of the staircase, visualize the door to your DR bedroom and walk in. Get into your DR bed and get into the same position you were/are laying in. Repeat affirmations and feel like you are in your DR until you fall asleep.
9: The Pillow Method- Write affirmations for shifting on a piece of paper and put them under your pillow when you fall asleep. You have to truly believe in the affirmations and your ability to shift. It also doesn't hurt to repeat dome of those affirmations in your head.
10: The Train Method- Visualize yourself getting onto a train headed to your DR, while affirming and visualizing scenes from your DR. At the end of the train ride, you should arrive in your DR.
