The full moon is a huge part of mermaids' life. Mermaids get their power from water and the moon. Since the moon controls the tides, full moons can be dangerous to mermaids without proper practice or experience. You can perform spells on the full moon, listen to subliminals, try shifting, meditate, swim, anything!

These are just some dates I found online, I don't know if it's too early to tell or what, obviously I'm not a scientist. But if you want more info go to timeanddate.com it gives you details on the moon and other stuff such as rising time, the peak of the moon and it also has the weather and stuff.
