"Good morning love, hope you slept well. Good luck at school today. Know that you're wonderful and il be thinking about you all day, don't let those idiots being you down. I can't wait to see you!" Spencer couldn't stop rereading the text that Niall had sent her that morning.

"Is it true?" Gretel Scott asked, the first time she'd talked to Spencer in six years.

"Can I get his autograph?" Said a freshman girl. Suddenly there was a small crowd around you.

"Hey! Everyone! Get to class!" A teacher yelled as they passed by.

"Sorry Mrs. Mattson!" A few called out. Spencer pushed past them and got to her first period class.

"Hey skank." It was Jessica walking up to Spencer by her locker.

"What's up, girlfriend?"

"Just trying to avoid the horrendous people who happen to also inhabitable this building."

"Why?"

"Because they keep asking me if I had a thing with Harry and all this stuff about our trip. Idiots." She rolled her eyes.

"I've taken to ignoring them. Lunch?"

"Let's get calzones."

"I'm down. My car." They got calzones, drove back to school and sat in the car eating.

"You miss him, don't you?" Jessica asked, sipping her drink.

"So much. It's like painful. Do you miss your beach boy?"

"Gus? Nah, I doubt I'll ever see him again." Jessica shrugged her shoulders.

"Did you like him?"

"Yeah, I think I do." She nodded sadly. "Blast some tunes!" She turned on the radio and they danced in the car until the bell rang.

It was English, so Spencer was texting Niall the whole time.

N: how's school been so far?

S: it's fine.

She didn't want to worry him with how her classmates were acting.

N: I see you had fun at lunch.

S: huh?

N: there are pictures of you and Jessica dancing in your car. Those calzones looked good!

S: what! Ha that's crazy--is there such thing as privacy?

N: no I really don't think so

S: well it's worth it

N: what's worth it?

S: being with you is worth the paparazzi and the crazy teenagers.

N: :) you make me smile

S: my jaw hurts

N: I'm sorry. Why?

S: cuz I'm always smiling :)

N: you're cute

She smiled even wider when she read that.

"Spencer, the bell rang." Her friend Rose notified her.

"Oh shit! I gotta get to chemistry!" She ran out of the classroom.

When she got home, she collapsed on her bed. She dumped her book bag on the bed and picked up a worn copy of 'To Kill a Mockingbird'. She glanced down and saw an envelope between her chemistry book and we French journal.

"What's that?" She thought. She opened it, and it was a letter.

'Dear Spencer, I've heard that you're going our with Niall Horan. All I have to say is I hope you guys are really happy together. -Anonymous', She sent a picture of it to Niall. He called her after he saw it.

"Best wishes from anonymous." She joked.

"Oh it's sweet. And yeah, a little creepy." They both laughed.

"I can't wait to see you."

"You don't have to, open your computer." She did as he said and a Skype request popped up. It was Niall.

"Hey!" She waved, grinning.

"Hey, love!" He made a kissy face. He was sitting at a table, eating.

"What are you up to today?" It was already nighttime there, but she knew Niall would stay up to talk to her.

"Well I went out with the guys for drinks. Now I'm just eating waffles." He laughed.

The next few weeks crawled by, but finally Spencer was standing in the airport, waiting for Niall. Her phone rang.

"Hey babe! I just landed. Still on the plane."

"Yay! I can't wait to see you! I'm in the baggage terminal." She was practically hysterical with happiness. She was shaking. When she heard screams from adolescent girls, her attention shot down the hallway. She immediately started running, and she was halfway there when Niall rounded the corner. She could only see him. She dropped her purse and he dropped his bags when they were ten feet apart. When they made contact, Niall picked Spencer up, her legs and arms wrapped around him tightly. His arms slid down her back, resting on her bum. She furiously kissed his neck, completely unaware of the paparazzi lined up outside, getting pictures through the glass wall. He finally got ahold of her lips with his, kissing her for far too long. When they separated, he set her down and she took his hand and a bag, and he took the other.

"I missed you so much." She smiled as they stepped out into the sun.

"How long are you staying?" A reporter shouted. He stunned everyone, including Spencer, by planting another kiss on her. They came out of it breathlessly, and pink cheeked. They ran to Spencer's car and sped back home.
