In conclusion, I am a happy person today, no joke. Homeroom with my boyfriend will definitely be a blast.
Next on the schedule, I have Language Arts along with the bookworm. I haven't seen Aether and Lumine, nor any of my other friends yet. Maybe some of them will be in my next class.
"See you in P.E soon, Yunnie." I smiled at Chongyun while we all heaved our backpacks over our shoulders.
He blushed and nodded. "Mhm."
Xingqiu and I made our way out of the classroom after saying goodbye to Ms. Beidou and Venti.
"Okay, follow me." Xingqiu stated, walking away.
I scoffed, quickly following behind. "Well, wait for me."
Entering the classroom was no easy task. People were crowding the doorway, chanting and pumping their fists in the air.
"What the hell?" I mumbled, standing on my tippy-toes to try and see over their heads.
"What's with all of the commotion?" Xingqiu said out loud, and a student turned around to answer.
"First day back and we already have some seniors fighting." The girl with light pink hair said.
"Fighting?!" I exclaimed.
This time another student, who wore his hair in a small ponytail, joined in on our conversation. "They aren't fighting, neccesarily. They're arm wrestling."
"Well whatever they're doing, it sure is causing a ruckus," The girl said, then she smiled widely. "I'm Yanfei. This is my Junior year."
The boy who spoke seconds ago looked back at us and nodded. "I'm Kazuha. I'm also a Junior."
"Hello, my name is Xingqiu and this is my friend, (Y/n). We're sophomores." (a/n: Imma just make y'all 10th grade bcuz it'll make things easier for me to write in the story).
"Oh! You have Beidou as homeroom this year, right?" Yanfei grinned and I nodded. "She's really fun. Kazuha and I had her last year and she was a blast."
"That's good to know." I smiled.
I flinched while Yanfei groaned and rolled her eyes when the crowd started to cheer loudly.
"Where the heck is the language arts teacher?" Xingqiu sighed.
"Probably downstairs," Yanfei quickly answered before spinning on her heel and pushing herself through the crowd. Seconds later she squeezed back out. "Amber won against Ayaka."
"Surprising. They're both pretty strong." Kazuha said.
"Round two!" A students voice shouted from inside the classroom.
"I'm going to class." Kazuha stated, walking away.
"Wait!- ugh, such a pain," Yanfei took a step forwards in the direction Kazuha left before turning to Xingqiu and I. "I haven't seen you guys around before. If you need any help, come find me. I work with the student council."
"Will do. Thanks, Yanfei." I gave her a small nod and smile before she left.
"ALRIGHT!" A gentle yet loud voice boomed behind the crowd and I, and about almost everybody jumped.
"Get to your next classes please, folks!" And as soon as the voice said those words, everyone scrambled away.
"Amber, Ayaka, please don't arm wrestle in my classroom. Find somewhere else to do it, please."
