It has come to our attention that your adopted daughter Rachel Berry has not been fully registered into our computer. It is showing us that Shelby is still her legal parent since she did not give up custody. Following this day, Rachel is going to have to move in with her mother Shelby until you get signed papers stating that Shelby is giving up legal custody on Rachel Berry. Sorry for the troubles but Rachel Berry has to move in with her mother by the end of this week or you cannot get custody. Attached is the copy of the papers that need to be signed. Thank you.
