^^Steven Strait as Seth Rowe, back in the movie The Covenant. So hott...anyways! That's Seth
Chapter-2
"Did you seriously flirt your way in here? That's not like you," Jess raises her eyebrows at me.
Shrugging, I move around people as we make our way to the front of the crowd. We stop at the bar and Jess orders a few drinks.
"Hey, guess who's checking you out?" Jess nods in the behind me.
Glancing back, I notice Seth glancing over at me. Our eyes click and I feel heat rush through me. Quickly, I tear my gaze away and look back at Jess. "Yeah, so?"
"Soo..Your 23 almost 24, he's got to be like 24 or 25. He's a hottie with a rockin' body, and your not so bad yourself. Are you gonna talk to him or what?" She wiggles her eyebrows and grins.
I roll my eyes. "No. Why would I?"
"Have you not seen him?"
I just shrug. "Yeah, he seems like a dick." Yeah, I've seen him. Holy hell, have I seen him. She's right about the 'hottie with a rockin' body' thing, but I wasn't going to admit that, or at least not out loud.
"Nice to know I've made a good impression." I look at Jess, who's eyes have wandered behind me. Shit, I mentally curse while turning in my chair to see Seth standing behind me. He takes a seat in the chair next to me and smiles. "I usually make that impression a lot."
"And on that note, I'm gonna go dance." Jess rises from her chair and I quickly turn back to her.
"You can't just leave me here alone with him," I whisper in her ear.
"Wanna bet?" She whispers back before walking off in the crowd. Sighing, I turn back to face Seth.
"Can I get you a drink?" He has the same determined, cocky look on his face as before.
"No thanks, we have rehearsal and a concert tomorrow."
"Sounds fun. Maybe I'll come see." He orders himself a drink.
"If you'd like, you can."
He drinks his drink. "Well I can think of a couple of other things I like..," he trails off and smiles.
I smirk. He hasn't even been sitting here for 5 minutes and he's already hitting on me. "Yeah, um you probably don't hear this much but..Your dreams may have come true, but that dream will never happen."
"Ooh, ouch. That hurt my heart," he places a hand on his heart but its obvious it doesn't hurt.
"Then go right a song about it," I smile, a bit proud of myself. I'm not usually like this, and I don't get why I'm being like this right now. I've always been the good girl, well good to an extent. I work hard and I focus on my career, not men.
Then it hits me. Its him. He makes me wan't to act like this.
"Maybe I will, and you can feature in it."
Rolling my eyes, I finally look up at him. "Why did you come sit over here?"
"Can't a guy have a simple conversation?"
"No."
"Playing hard to get, eh? That's okay. I like a challenge. Its almost like a game." He smiles, even more determined.
"Its not playing sweetie, when I am hard to get." I turn in my chair to face the large crowd of people, most of them dancing together.
He raises his eyebrow. "Oh really?" He moves a bit closer to me, causing me to move away.
