The next day Mara and Val came down the halls turning every head while walked by. Bucky did a double take. He looked down then closed his locker and walked off. Darius and Declan couldn't stop staring. It was like the first time they met the girls two summers ago.
By the end of the day Steve came over to Val. "Hey Val." He said
"Hey Steve." She said
"Um do you want to hang out with me tonight? I can give you a ride home." He said
Val looked to Mara. "She'd love too." Mara said as she pulled her keys out.
"Call me later..." Mara whispered as she hugged her.
"But you need me.." Val said
"I'll be fine." She said as she walked away.
As she was walking across the parking lot towards her car. Darius stopped her "Mara baby give me another chance. Please I'm sorry.." he said
"No thanks. Since you told that girl that I didn't matter to you. I can continue to not matter to you." She said as she walked off.
When she got home she was making herself a snack.
"Mara.." Bucky said
She looked down. "Let me explain." He said as she walked off.
"Mara please.." he said as he ran after her.
She slammed her bedroom door in his face.
"God what is it asshole day." She whispered
Val and Steve were cooking dinner at her house. After they ate dinner they made together they went upstairs to her room. Where Val and Steve began to make out before to long Val was on top of Steve riding him as she took his virginity. She could already tell Steve was different from Declan.
He loved to kiss her and be affectionate even as they had sex. After two rounds of sex they were laying there as she laid on his chest.
"I have had a crush on you since elementary school Val. I just never told you because I didn't think you would go for the more reserved guy like me." He said
She looked up at him and smiled. "I'd love to be your girl." She said as she kissed him.
Back at the Mara's house she was soaking in her jacuzzi tub. As tears fell down her cheeks as her scented candles filled the candle lit room. When she was done with her bath she pulled on some clothes and headed to Val's again. Steve had gone home with huge smile on his face.
