'XXX on a kill streak'

CAMILAS POV

(Two weeks later because I don't fucking know I had an idea)

*sniffle* "camy"

"Camila wake up"

I was shaken a little bit before I opened my eyes and looked up

"Hm" I groan

"I uh- uh something came up"

I look up and see Mattia with red puffy eyes and messy hair. He was obviously crying, I sit up and pull him in a hug.

"What happened?"

He hugs back before speaking again.

"It's my nonna, she uh, she had a heart attack and the doctors said she might not make it"

I instantly fill with sympathy and sit up, leaning on my backboard. I pull him over me, laying his head on my chest. I comfort him as much as I can.

He was so close to his nonna, she was basically his world. She meant a lot to him so I could only imagine how horrible he felt.

"I'm so sorry, oh my God"

He sniffles as if that was his response.

"We have to fly out to Italy now in a few hours to go see her, do you wanna come?"

Shit....

I hate traveling....

Besides plane tickets are expensive and I don't even know his nonna

Maybe I'll just house sit

Yeah, I'll house sit an empty house😀

Sounds like a plan😀

"No it's okay, I'll watch the house for you guys"

"Are you sure?"

I nod in response.

We lay there for a little bit before he gets up to go pack I guess. I go out of my room and head towards the living room. I see Mattias dad sitting on the couch with red eyes too.

He looks up to me and I give him a hug too.

I hate hugs but I have to be nice here😀

"I'm so sorry about everything, is there anything that I can do?"

"No it's fine it's just stressful"

I pull away before saying something else.

"I'll stay here and watch the house for you guys while your gone"

"Thank you"

"No I should be thanking you for everything, you guys have done so much for me"
