These last few days have been...eventful for Gary. It seemed that disappearing for long periods of times would always make Quinn mad

"Where the hell have you been?!" The young lady pulled on his ear

"Ow! Some people invited me for dinner" Gary whined, trying to break free

"first you play in the water all day with Mooncake and now you go out to have dinner?!" Quinn asked, changing to pull on Gary's cheeks instead

"I'm showwy-" Gary tried to apologise. He mentally wondered if he should tell her about the fisherman, Kevin...but decided to wait in case she'd get mad on letting a possible stranger know her name.

Sighing, Gary remained layed down in bed. Quinn had grounded him for a week after the incident-
The moment Quinn had learned about the bus crash, however, she sat Gary down and talked about how worried she was and that Gary should always tell her if anything happens.

Gary wasn't mad, really... Quinn had apologized but kept him grounded in the house because Gary "wonders off" too much. In fact, Gary was simply confused...someone worrying over his well being coming new to the blond.

The house they lived in was a beach house built safely on the edge of a small cliff- just high enough so it wouldn't flood easily.
Quinn had worked extremely hard for it and it was apparent in the nice furniture and wood it was built with.

The blond briefly wondered if he, too, should get a job- it was obvious that he had...he wanted to repay Quinn for everything she has taught him and helped him with on land.

"Psst! Gary!" The blond heard from out the the window in his room, it sounded like Quinn.
Glancing out, he saw her in the water below, head bobbing with the waves. Quickly, he walked out the room and into the living room's big balcony so he could talk to her properly

"Hi Quinn!" He smiled brightly

"Gary! I need your help" Quinn replied with a worried tone, smiling when she saw Gary's worried expression and his leg already going over the rails to jump in the water to help "No! I just need help with finding my hat!" She called "the wind blew it and I lost it while I was on land!" She frowned

"Oh!" Gary sighed, somehow he had thought Kevin had tried to find her "ok!" He smiled and walked out to find the hat

"Gary!" Quinn called again, looking up at the balcony and giving Gary an amused look as the other came back

"Yeah?" Gary looked back down at Quinn

"Were you really just about to go look for a hat without knowing where I lost it--" she muttered to her self, pinching the bridge of her nose "I lost my hat near the bridge!" She called

"The bridge?" Gary repeated just in case

"The bridge" she confirmed

"Ok!" Gary nodded and rushed back out

"Gary!" Quinn called once again, laughing at Gary's impatient expression "close the balcony's window" she said before diving back down, her tail flipping behind before she disappeared into the water.

The blond smiled with a huff, closing the balcony and ran out with determination

"Oh!" He blinked in surprise after noticing he had forgotten to grab some shoes.
Quickly, he rushed back in and grabbed his flip flops, shut the door and finally left to go look for Quinn's red cap.

During his walk, the blond had done everything in his power in order not to get distracted- though...he failed.

Gary had managed to follow a butterfly for a while which had led him to an old lady carrying some heavy groceries. He helped the lady carry her stuff close to her home before seeing a small kitten in an alley.
