RWBY: "Gallants and Guardians of Remnant"

The Red Trailer

The beginning chords of "Red Like Roses" are heard as the black reveals the words:

Blackblur143 and AylaRWBY presents...

The text glows and scatters in red and white petals, and the shattered moon is shown amid falling snow and a floating red petal.

Several more petals join the original, which passes over the words and dissolves them in red and black.

A figure in a red hood and flowing cloak is seen under the moon and in a snowy landscape, the cape constantly producing dozens of wind-blown rose petals. The girl in the red hood is seen standing near the edge of the cliff, looking at the distance before turning around.

A silhouette figure wearing a trench coat and a cloak is seen standing on top of some trees, holding his scroll.

???: (talking to Scroll) "Yeah, I just arrived a while ago, I'm in the island of Patch at the moment."

The red-hooded wanderer is seen slowly walking through a snowy forest, where shadowy, beastly shapes quickly dart through...

???: (notices the girl being followed) "Yeah, I gotta go, someone's about to get ambushed by Beowolves." (Hangs up)

...before coming to a clearing and looking around at the sight of around a dozen black-coated, red-eyed Beowolves circling their prey. The hidden boy readies what looks like to be kamas to assist the girl.

???: "What are you gonna do, Red?"

Three Beowolves decide to dash forward and attack through jumping, but the figure disappears in a swish of rose petals, and the creatures crash to the ground and look up.

???: "Hm... Petal Burst..."

Outlined by the moon's light, her cape swirling around her body, is Ruby, who reaches behind her in slow-motion, pulls out a red sniper rifle, and fires a shot that blows a large part of a Beowolf's head out in a burst of blood-red smoke.

???: "..."

More Beowolves start to attack as Ruby lands. She leaps over the first beast and shoots it in the back, then, still in the air, blasts another one's side and gets into a position where she can fire at the third dead center. She rolls back and stands, unfolding Crescent Rose into its larger and deadlier scythe form. The hidden boy chuckles in amusement in seeing a scythe.

???: "Scythe user, huh."

One of the Beowolves goes forward, but Ruby merely spins, hooks its body in the curve of her blade, smiles as the monster growls, and fires the sniper section at speeds that sever the creature's body in a shower of petals. Both halves land on the ground, continuing to bleed roses, and the rest of the pack charges. Ruby realizes she's in trouble.

???: "That's not good..."

Ruby gets smacked by one of the Beowolves, dropping her weapon in the distance, she tries to back away as a number of Beowolves rush towards her. She gasps and closes her eyes as two Beowolves lunge at her. She ended up hearing a slashing and dissipating sound, she opened her eyes to see a skull-masked individual, wearing a dark blue trench coat along with a black cloak over his head and back, black pants, and dark brown combat boots. The figure is seen standing in front of her, holding Crescent Rose in his hands. The boy rushes forward with Crescent Rose in scythe at the number of Beowolves and slashes two in a fancy spinning motion. The boy looks at the red scythe before throwing it towards Ruby, who flinches as it lands inches away from her. She looks up to see the masked boy slowly bring out a folded dual kamas from under his cape and unfolds it.

The boy pointed both kamas from his rear to the ground, firing the gun mechanisms of the kamas, he launched forward towards the huge pack of Grimm. The Beowolves charged towards him as well but as the boy blasts off, he pointed one kama at the ground and fired the gun, launching him up straight to the air. He then threw one kama down at the Beowolves, hitting one in the head, he then pressed a button on the kama in his hand, both kamas glow a purple near the tang and end of the scythe. The kama on the ground floats upward towards the boy, bringing the unlucky Beowolf with it in the air. He immediately sliced the Grimm in half, grabbing the kama and merging the two kamas into a double-bladed scythe. He fell down and smashed the whole pack into the air. The boy quickly stood up and unmerged the two kamas and fired it's guns to take down the remaining Beowolves. The boy folds both kamas as the dissipating bodies of the Beowolves rain down from the sky. The boy starts to walk away into the forest before turning to the shocked Ruby with his mask on.

???: "Always be careful when fighting, Red, you either choose Life and Death, make sure you don't go to the second one."

The boy disappears into the snowy forest, leaving a shocked Ruby standing in the middle of the snowy battlefield.
