This person is all I need

"It's okay, I got you, it's all I need"

Why do people say this sentence? Are they really convinced that this one person is all they need? There is no person that you actually need anyway. All you need is love, care, and a shelter in which you feel safe. If a person provides all of that, it is great, but the person is not all you need. You need a lot more than that. You need peace in your soul, love in your heart, and joy in your mind. No one can provide you these three necessities. Someone can teach you how to build them and guide you through, but at the end you are the only one doing the job.

Sometimes you are all you need too.
If all you have is yourself and this one person, it is important to be content and grateful that what you have is enough. Never convince yourself that a person is all you need.

Remember everyone is temporary, even the ones who stay forever. Life itself is temporary. Base nothing on a person because of this person, "the only thing you need," left. You will have to keep on living in peace, love, and joy even if it won't be easy.

Think before you convince yourself with something people say to ignore the hard and tough reality. Life is life and it will never change. Face the truth, to live life in a better way.
