You thought you treated me right
But you treated me wrong
Turned out to be an asshole
But I came out strong
I don't know how I did it
But I must admit it
When you held on tight
I finally quite it
Now I feel empowered
With love I'm showered
Letting go of this sorrow
For a better tomorrow
And better it is
Since I've realized this
