FORGOTTEN

Chapter 15

"What do you have to say for yourself?" RM growled.

"Kook has always stood up for you more than anyone else. After you told me your fucked up plan, I went back to the house to tell Bang P.D. all about it. I brushed off JK, and I saw the hurt in his eyes when I did it. Now I may never see those eyes again thanks to you!" RM roared angrily.

"Namjoon-ah," Ji-hoon put his hands up defensively. "It was an accident. I would never-"

"But you did! You hurt him!" RM took a step forward but stopped when his phone rang. Tears welled up in Joon's eyes, and he slid to the floor sobbing.

"Namjoon-ah?" Ji-hoon crawled toward the weeping man. 

"Get the fuck away from me," RM growled. "I want your resignation letter on Bang P.D.'s desk by nine tomorrow morning. Got it? Stay away from Chim and the rest of my guys. I swear to god if I find out you've contacted any of them, I'll file so many lawsuits against you that's you'll be broke in this life and the next." Ji-hoon nodded and scrambled to his feet and ran down the stairs before Namjoon could change his mind.

Namjoon, Jin, J-hope, and Yoongi sat in JK's room, waiting for the Golden Maknae to wake. Tae was laying in Jimin's hospital bed, holding his soulmate. Jimin lay quietly, occasionally sniffling while worrying about their baby.

"Love?" Tae asked after a while.

"Hmm?" Jimin answered.

"Are you hungry?"

"Mmm," Jimin shrugged.

"If I order something, will you eat?" Tae sighed.

"Maybe?" 

"Baby, you need to eat," Tae murmured against Jimin's forehead.

"I wanna see JK." Jimin whimpered.

"If I promise to do everything in my power to get the doctor to let you go visit, will you eat something?" Jimin wrapped his arms around Tae and nodded into his chest. "Okay, baby, let me go see what I can do."

I wish he would at least move," RM sighed.

"Joonie, don't worry. The doctors said he should be waking up soon. Go hold his hand and let him know you're here." Jin reassured the younger man. "I'm sure he would love to hear your voice." RM moved to JK's bedside and took the younger man's hand in his own. 

"Kook-ah?" RM's voice cracked. "Please wake up soon. I want to explain what happened earlier. I wasn't mad at you. I wasn't mad at anyone. I just listened to someone who had a really bad idea. Baby, please, I need to see your beautiful eyes. You hold the universe in them, and If I can't see your eyes, the stars will grow dark and cold. Please, please wake up." RM's voice grew rough and ragged with each word until only the rasping sounds of his sobs could be heard. Hobi's heart was breaking, watching his leader crumble right before their eyes. He was torn, though. A part of him wanted to see Jimin. But he knew RM needed them much more. Tae could take care of Chim just fine on his own.

"I don't see a problem with that," the doctor smiled after hearing Tae's request. "Honestly, I think he is doing well enough to be discharged today if there was someone who can take care of him."

 "Doctor, he has five someones to take care of him." Tae grinned happily.

"Then I'll be getting the discharge papers ready. You go take your friend to see the other patient." The doctor clapped the younger man on the shoulder. Tae didn't need to be told twice. He was off and running to tell Chim the good news. But first, he was going to get Chim to eat something. He didn't want his soulmate to starve.

JK still had not moved, and RM was slowly losing his mind. The baby bunny was suffering because of his stupidity. It was the same reason Chim had ended up in the hospital as well. It was clear for anyone to see, Kim Namjoon was a bad leader. No one knew it better than he.

"Joonie-hyung?" the four men turned to see Jimin sitting in a wheelchair looking into the room, desperate to see the maknae.

"Tae!" Jin gasped at the sight of his boyfriend wheeling Jimin into JK's room. "Have you lost your mind? You can't just take Jimin from his room like this!"

"Hyung, it's okay. I got permission from the doctor before doing anything. He also said ChimChim could go home today if there is someone to care for him." Tae wrapped his arms around Jimin.

"Is it true?" Hobi gasped. 

"It is," Jimin nodded happily.

"Chim has already agreed to let me stay at his place until he is back on his feet." Chim caught the crestfallen look on Jin's face, and his heart ached. 

"Jin-hyung, may I call you hyung?" Jin nodded. "I don't want to come between you and TaeTae. You are more than welcome to stay with him at my place. I have no intention of doing anything inappropriate with him."

"Oh, my darling ChimChim, that is not a concern for me. I trust you, and I trust my TaeTae." Jin walked to the wheelchair and squatted down in front of Jimin, and took the younger's hands in his own. "I was saddened, yes, but not because of TaeTae not being with me. I was saddened because You will not be coming back to the Bangtan house to us." 

"Jin-hyung-"

"No, ChimChim, it's okay," Jin wiped tears from his eyes. "I am sad, but I understand. We don't deserve to ask you to come back yet. But believe me, my darling, we love you, my angel." Jin collapsed and wept into Jimin's lap. He felt something move in his heart; he was sad but not all at the same time. Slowly and gently, Jimin threaded his fingers through Jin's thick locks.

"I wasn't sure," Jimin muttered in little more than a whisper. "If you ever wanted me back after all the trouble I've caused."

"Of course, we want you back!" Joon cried out. "We will always want you back!"

"Hyung?" The six members turned to see JK blinking groggily.

"Baby!" Joon threw himself across the bed and embraced his boyfriend.

"What's going on?" JK groaned. "Why is everyone? Wait. Why am I in my bed?" My head..." JK groaned again and lay back in bed.

"Just rest for now. We will explain everything later." Joon pushed JK's bangs away from his eyes.

The air in JK's hospital room was different now. The heaviness was all gone, and for the first time in months, Jimin felt like he was a part of something special.
