I went out of my room and down the stairs. The ghosts were all down at the living room table. "Daaaaaaaaaamn" said Pride. "You two were right, he looks great! It's a simple look, but still stylish. Great job!" I could see lust blush, although it was almost the same color as she was normally. Envy just shone a little brighter. Sloth looked up sleepily. "You look nice, when you get back be sure to get lots of sleep, you'll feel better trust me." I was ready to leave when greed appeared in front of me. "Woah there champ, where do you think you're going? You don't really think you can go somewhere without money do you? Here's 100 bucks in your mortal money, you don't have to worry about paying me back. Anything I would need to buy would have to bought using underworld currency." 100 dollars was more than enough. I put the money in my wallet although I didn't like the idea of carrying cash that much. I stepped out of the house and opened the garage. I got in my car and began to pull out. All of a sudden a kid about 8 years old shows up out of nowhere and starts pelting my car with rocks. I could see wrath in the doorway about to explode with anger. I stepped out of the car as fast as I could and gave a him a look to stand down. I told the kid to stop. He just stepped closer and threw rocks at me. He had terrible aim and one bounced from my car wheel and hits the kid in the face. He started crying really loudly. I tried to shut the kid up but he just started screaming. He would give a banshee a run for his money. I heard footsteps running up on the sidewalk. It was Faith. When she saw the kid she screamed even louder than he did, and I'm pretty sure I could feel my ears start to bleed. "ZAYDEN, MY BABY WHAT HAPPENED?!" She looked at me and scowled. "What did you do?!" Zayden looked up and said, "Mommy, the mean man saw me picking up some bugs, and threw rocks at me." That little bastard. He knew what he was doing. Faith got in my face and started screaming, "HOW DARE YOU? I HAVE HALF A MIND TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES! HOW COULD YOU HURT MY LITTLE ANGEL?!" What happened next really surprised me, Faith slapped me. Like actually full on slapped my face. The lady had strength I'll give her that. Just then the door to the house exploded open, and Wrath burst out. He flew over to Faith, and he tapped her shoulder. She turned around to a pissed off red ghost. "Just who in the HELL do you think you are?" he yelled. "Stop! Cut it out!" I mouthed. Faith stood there terrified. She took a step back and said, "Y-you're a ghost." Wrath inched closer. "Yeah what's it to you?" Faith trembled and fell to her knees and began saying some prayer I couldn't make out. "That won't do much lady. Get off of our property, and take your loud ass child with you." Faith stood there still praying. Wrath gave and exasperated sigh and picked the two of them up. He flew down the street and over to Faith's house.  He dropped them on their porch, and not too softly. He zoomed back and stood with his arms crossed. "Well that's that. Come on we're going with you ." "Wrath I hate to break it to you but people don't really take to kindly to seeing spirits floating around places." Wrath held his hand up and concentrated. He changed color and he formed legs. He looked human. Why couldn't he have done that for Faith? He looked at me. "Hello there fellow human, human fella." Did he really just quote The Dragon Prince? The other ghosts were standing in the doorway, peering out like people would do in those detective montage scenes in old Disney Channel shows. One head peering out over the other. They had all taken a human form. Pride flew out, from the house. "We're going to Da Club bitches!" "Which one?" I asked. "Da Club. That's the name of the place. Da Club." I nodded slowly and got in my car, but it definitely couldn't fit everyone in there. Pride walked forward. "We're going in our car! Come on I'll drive." We all piled into the car. Wrath and Pride in the front, Greed, Sloth, and Gluttony in the middle row, and Me, Lust and Envy in the back. Envy kept switching from window seat to window seat trying to decide which one she like better until Lust sat in the other one and shot Envy a teasing look. I sat in the middle. Sloth fell asleep immediately. Gluttony passed around some snacks. Lust was staring out of the window, watching everything go by. She probably needed to get out as much as I did. Envy looked at me and said, "You're going to love this place, we haven't been there in a while but I don't think it's changed too much!" I smiled. "As long as I don't have to dance." Lust looked over at me. "Oh no, you're definitely going to dance. Don't worry Pride will make sure you look good! Right Pride? " Pride looked back and said, "I know I will! I can't have Mike, making a fool of himself!" They smiled at each other and Lust turned away rather quickly and blushed. We drove the rest of the way in silence, and that wasn't a bad thing. It was nice to just sit in their company. I munched the snacks Glut passed out earlier. We got to Da Club and got out of the car. I could hear music blasting from inside. The ghosts all looked excited, especially Envy. We walked to the line that had formed outside and waited to be let in. When we finally reached the entrance, Lust stepped forward to the bouncer and said, "Jeremey? Is that you?" The bouncer lowered his sunglasses, and his eyes widened. "Lust! It's been too long! I was wondering when you guys would come back here! What's it been? 10 years?" Lust looked surprised and did some calculations in her head. "Has it? There's no way. 2015 was the last time we came here right?" "Yeah, 2015 plus 10 is 2025, and that's what year it is." Lust looked slightly flustered. "Oh well we're here now! Let's have some fun!" We stepped inside. Fun. I could really use some fun just about now.
