George woke up at 5:06 a.m. according to his pocket watch. He really hated waking up early in the morning, but there wasn't anything he could do about it.

He got out of bed, took a change of clothes and went to his bathroom to take a shower. He was really thankful to have his own bathroom, unlikely most of the castle servants who had to use the community bathrooms.

He took a quick shower and rushed to get ready so he could go get breakfast. It was Thursday, so that meant he would be having breakfast with Dave in the guards' headquarters.

He got out of his room and rushed to the dining room where all the royal advisors used to eat in. Alastair and Alyssa were already seated waiting for their breakfast.

"Oh God, George. We thought you were dead! Where the hell were you yesterday?" Alyssa asked as he entered the room. She ran towards him and gave him a hug.

"You are so dramatic, Alyssa." George answered rolling his eyes, but returned the hug.

"And you are so mean. We were worried sick about you!" she said as they pulled back.

"I'm sorry. I was just working in my room. The Prince asked me to start with The Spring Ball's planification."

"I hate planning that stupid ball." Alastair complained as George took a seat.

"Alastair! Someone might hear your!" Alyssa lectured the royal advisor.

"Well, then cry about it because I'm going to need you guys to help me pick up the decorations." George teased his friend with a grin.

"Oh, fuck off George." Alastair slandered.

"Alastair, please stop. And don't worry George. We'll help you." Alyssa said with a smile on her face.

"Gogy!" called a voice behind his back.

"Hey Karl." he greeted. "What have you been up to?"

"That is something I should be asking you." Karl said with a grin on his face.

"What are you talking about?" the smaller brunette asked with a confused look on his face.

"Oh, all right. We're playing dumb now."

"I don't know what you are talking about. And to be honest, I don't care. Do you guys know if the food—"

"George, please stop being so impatient." Alyssa reprimanded him.

"I'm sorry, I'm just hungry."

"Food is ready! Everybody gather up!" Alexis, one of the palace cooks, came in followed by two other cooks George didn't know. Alexis looked at him. "Except you, George. I'm mad at you."

"What did I do now?" the mentioned questioned frowning.

"What? You are not talking about how Dave woke me up in the middle of the night and told me that Prince Clayton wanted dinner to be taken to your room because you hadn't eaten in all day?" Alexis challenged.

"He did what?" Alyssa asked shocked.

"Ooooh. Gogy? What does this mean?" Alastair added interested.

"Oh my God, please don't." George muffled as he hid his face in his hands.

"Why did he do that?" Karl asked.

"I have no idea." he lied before adding. "I asked him but he said he didn't like the fact that I only had breakfast."

"Yeah, all right. You are saying Prince Clayton was nice to you for nothing? Sure thing." Alastair said dragging the 'u' in 'sure'.
