Dave.

He needed Dave.

He had to tell his friend what happened because George clearly wasn't capable of thinking straight. He needed someone to be objective, and who better than Dave?

He knew he told The Prince he wouldn't say anything, but it was getting a little too much for George. Besides, it wasn't like Dave would say something.

George sprinted to the room where the advisors were. Before entering the room, he tried to even his breath.

Excuse. They will ask me what happened with Prince Clayton.

George had to think fast. He needed to enter the room so he could be safe, but he also needed an excuse so his friends wouldn't question him.

The guest list.

No, that's stupid. Why would he call me to talk about the guest list when he could do it in front of everyone?

Maybe I can say he scolded me.

With an excuse in mind, he finally entered the room where he saw Alastair and Alyssa arguing about something, and Karl and Nick talking lively. Alastair was the first one to notice him.

"George, can you please tell Alyssa that rose wine is way better than white wine?"

"Is not! Besides, if we are planning on serving chicken, white wine is literally the best option."

"Maybe we could ask Prince Nick what he thinks about it?" Karl suggested with a smile on his face.

"I mean, get both. I will say it would be wise to serve white wine with chicken, but rose wine could be serve with some appetizers."

"We should do as Your Highness says." Alyssa stated sticking her tongue out at Alastair.

"You are so immature." he rolled his eyes. He then turned his head back at George. "What happened with Prince Clayton?"

"Oh, he asked me to do something and I did it wrong, so he reprimanded me."

"Are you okay?" Karl asked with visible concern in his face. George almost felt bad for lying.

"Yes, don't worry about it. I think that is enough work for today." he changed the subject. "Let's just pick everything up and help Alexis with the dishes." George said, walking to the table. His fellow advisors followed his instructions.

"Here, let me help." Nick said, collecting some of the scattered papers.

"Oh, Your Highness. It's fine, you don't have to." Karl asseverated.

"Please, I insist." The Prince dictated, smiling at him.

"A-alright then." his friend uttered, turning around as a small blush appeared in his face. The Prince kept looking at him, and George couldn't help but raise his eyebrow.

Could it be possible..?

He shook his head and helped everyone finish picking everything up.

"Well, it seems like we are done. Everyone go sleep, have a good night." George grabbed Alastair by the shoulder. "Could you help me with the dishes?" his friend just nodded.

"Bye guys! I'll see you tomorrow. Sweet dreams. Goodbye Prince Nick." Alyssa said as she waved at them leaving the room.

"I should head out too. I got to talk to Clay." Nick spoke, giving them a warm smile. The three advisors bowed at him. "Oh my God, please don't do that. I don't like it!"
