Perhaps
Love's a strange misshape
like the first strands formed
from those twists of unknowing,or, within slow sea strengths,
proliferating
beneath fiery mountains,or, meteorite sly,
from other strivings
sinking coolly to seed,musically rare,
to tangle tubules
among her old mosaics,lengthening to flesh -
a bubbling mind
whispering our origins.........................
Husky
Sometimes you run in my mind
as if beside me; and I,
waking,
sleep to wonder how
a voice takes its trace
across such husky snow..........................
