Later that day, Issei trained with Weiss regarding dust. She gave some of her ice dust since it's her number 1 favorite.

Weiss: okay so little known fact, when unleashed, the large amount of ice isn't coming from the dust but it combines with the gases in the environment such as nitrogen, it has an endothermic reaction and creates the ice. It also depends on the temperature of the environment and moisture.

Issei: so the element have to be within their elements for max output.

Weiss: precisely! You can even add your aura to it for boosted effect although it's difficult.

Issei: boosted effects huh? Give me a small piece of dust.

She hands him one piece and the 8 watch what he's up to. He held it in his gauntlet.

Boost.

They heard a voice come from the gauntlet.

Transfer.

Another word, same voice.

Blake: what the?

He shows the piece of ice dust now doubled in size and it's almost glowing. He clenched his gauntlet.

Issei: ice shot!

He fired off a blue orb from his gauntlet towards some trees and it froze 300sq ft of forest. 8 jaws nearly hit the dirt, the air was cold and the ice attracted some gazes from people near by.

Issei: fire dust next?

Weiss: and....burn the forest down? HELL NO! Just cause you're good with dust doesn't mean you should get cocky!

Issei: the pot calling the kettle black.

Ruby: Weiss....did you just compliment him?

Yang: ice queen complimented our new ice king! Oh SCHNEET!

Weiss:*sigh* Issei.... I'll take you up on your dinner offer if you can get yang to stop making puns.

Jaune felt kind of down seeing his crush agree to have dinner with his friend.

Issei: that's like asking her to stop breathing so.....nope.

Weiss: I'll give you half my allowance!

Issei: ............nope.

Weiss: damn it! *Sigh* let's move along. It's getting cold.

Yang: aww come on Weiss, chill out.

Weiss:*death glare*.

Issei: okay guys, everyone just cool off.

Yang high fives him.

They go to their dorms and cook something for everyone. The guys are in charge of the meals. Ren was busy making pancakes.....again.
