They find this to be a beautiful moment but still kind of insulting, even. Issei was already attached to her and smiled at her. Rias and the other girls were so jealous and upset with themselves. If they didn't hurt him then they could have had this moment with him and their kids. He hands her back to Asia.

Issei: she's.....not afraid of me..

Asia: she has no reason to be. You'd never hurt her.
