{in which: finals are
finally over}

It was hectic, or that seemed to be the best word to describe everything that had went down in a month, january already had seemed to come to a close as it was filled with nothing but groaning and complaints for the two who never seemed to find time to see one other.

One would be streaming while the other studied, or even be getting just a simple moment of rest. It was an ongoing cycle as january strolled through. But finally it was over and they both had confirmed the trip for new york that would only be in a weeks time.
Reagan had one more test, one more and she was done.

Her fingers typed the well thought out argument for her debate, the partner was the only issue. It was as if her least favorite teacher knew that putting her and emilia together would drag down her grade. Never the less she did exactly what she had to do. Emilia hardly spoke to reagan all throughout the process of the argument but gave it the well deserved confidence that the speeches needed.

Reagan had made them both a perfect 100 for the final, happy with her self as she closed her computer with a satisfied face from both emilia and the professor who shook his head acceptingly. Putting the computer away she waited for the bell to ring as they stood in the makeshift court room.

It rang and she went as fast as she could, only to be held back by a grasp on her wrist, she turned to see emilia standing over her. "That was really good," emilia smiled kindly. "Thanks," reagan tugged her wrist back and continued out, ignoring the interaction as a whole.

"It's over!" she heard someone shout, only to be face palming as she saw alex cheering down the quite busy hall. The twos eyes met, she smiled at him, even if she was embarrassed slightly he looked extremely happy. "Do you know what this means?" alex asked, approaching reagan quicker.

"What?" she asked as she looked up to him, completely gazing at the happy smile he wore. "One week baby," he cheered as he wrapped his arm around her, in a seemingly friendly way. The two headed out to the courtyard and straight for the exit of the school, along with most of the other students of UCLA.

The two headed straight for alex's car, and if it wasn't for him insisting to drive her every morning they probably would have spoke at most 10 minutes a day. "How was the debate?" alex asked as he threw his bag into the back seat, reagan gently placing hers down on the floor. "Emilia was my partner, but i absolutely carried it. My speeches were impeccable, and her voice was just so confident that it brought the whole thing together," excitement radiated off of her face as she looked to alex.

"That's great to hear honestly, now we have a whole week and we are out to the big apple," he set his hands on the wheel and pulled off from the school. Thankfully for finals they would only have online assignments for the week, leaving them to just chill until they left.

But as for now, alex pulled into her parking garage. To be exact pulling into the spare spot that came with her apartment. "You staying over?" she asked sarcastically, grabbing her bag from the floor. "Obviously," he sassed back in response, reagan began laughing as she exited the car and headed for the elevator.

"Three days, that's all we get," dream explained as savana walked around with the boot that would be getting removed right before the trip. "I'm gonna need a scooter, this limp is not gonna survive new york," savana explained as she walked up to the camera.

"You'll live," alex teased as him and reagan sat in the discord call with the rest of the group. "Did tubbo ever say yes?" george asked quietly. "Yes dipshit, i'm in the call," tubbo broke out into laughter along with reagan and ranboo. "The minors and the feral boys," tommy cheered.
