Brooke's POV

What the frick is this man blabbering on about. Live with him!?

"And why would I do that?" I asked him emotionlessly while eating the porridge. He just stared at me

More like glared at me. I still stood my ground and finished the porridge.

"Thank you for the food" I said and turned to leave. I heard him stand up also. I then only remembered

"Where's my phone" I said to him clinging to my ribs. Hurts.

He took it out of his pocket and I thought he was gonna hand it to me but he just held it up his head.

"And who said that I was going to give this to u for free? Live with me I will cover all your living expenses" he said while looking at me straight in the eye.

You 5'11 bastard. That does sound tempting but there must be a catch here right?

"Why? " I asked him. "Because I say so" he said bluntly.

"I just stay at your house nothing more?" I asked. "Nothing more" he said.

"I'm gonna need that in a document or something now hand me my phone" I mumbled.

"What?" he said as he was caught off guard he lowered his hand and I grabbed my phone right away.

Ahhh! the wound I forgot about that

"Hey will you still do what you just said" he said while looking away. Is he embarrassed?

"Yeah. But I still need that verbal statement you said in a document or a recording of you pledge to it or something" I said.

Why do I feel weird stop it self!.

"And something else can you take back the complaint you made against me" I asked while holding his sleeve.

Lucius POV

Yesterday after my visit to her room I went to entertain our guests in the torture chamber.

After I finished torturing them I went to my room and took a shower again because it was that messy I smirked.

I laid on my bed and my thoughts went back to her

Will she wake up tomorrow? Will she be able to move? I thought until I fell asleep.

I am usually a morning person so as I woke up and decided to have an early breakfast. it was 6:00 am.

I went for a run and ate my breakfast. I decided to visit her room only because it was in the way.

I peeked inside I saw that she was being helped by Cole to sit up

I felt this weird sensation in my chest what is this? I even saw her smile at Cole while she only kept glaring at me.

I told her to come down for breakfast. I saw that her face was still bruised and she was still clinging to her ribs

Ah! Her ribs are fractured I forgot about that.

I saw her eating I just stared at her while she ate as I ate already. Yes, no other reason. I saw her stare at me slyly.

I don't know what happened but I blurted out live with me.

Why did I even say that! I saw that she was shocked as well, its new expression~ but she changed it back to indifference.

When she said she will live with me I felt a bit....happy or something.

Then when she took her phone back I felt embarrassed I got tricked by her, Me! The mafia boss of cereberus clan.

When she said that she still do what she said I smiled Cute~. She then called someone her phone.

"Mother hen I'm not coming to school today I feel really sleepy after coding all night so~ yeah I will treat you thank you" she said while smiling.

Then turned to me "You will take back that complaint you made against me right" she asked

That's what she's after huh?.

"Yeah, now finish eating" I told her. "I'm full eating the porridge itself" she told me.

"You should go now you have class right?" she asked not looking at me.

I then went and carried her bridal style. "What are you doing?" she asked me looking straight at me.

I then took her up the stairs "It will hurt less like this" I told her. she looked away with a pout.

I opened her door and laid her on the bed "These are the medicine that the doctor gave and the sheet" I put the sheet and the medicine on the bedside table.

"I'm going now" I said as I went out of the room. "Wait!...thank you and take care" she said to me while waving.

I just left without saying anything, making my way to my car when I saw James smirking at me.

"What?" I asked him annoyed. "Nothing I just haven't seen you that caring to anyone before" he told me as he started the car.

"Well, it is my fault that she ended up like that" I said as I look outside.

"And why is that? I haven't even seen you care this much for the members" he said. "Because she didn't need to do it" I said.

Brooke's POV

Why the heck is he paying attention to me is it pity? No then why did he ask me live with him. Does he want me as a gang member?
Ahh~ I'm not gonna think about this I will just ignore it. Ignorance is bliss right?
