3'rd POV

"I am sorry to announce the death of Perseus Jackson." Chiron said, walking out of the infirmary with his head down, and everyone looked in shock, looking at Chiron like he grew a second head.

"What? But we just saw him an hour ago, he was fine, he was alive?" Annabeth asked, tears springing to her eyes.

"He inhaled to much smoke, his lungs were damaged, if he didn't have a drinking or smoking problem, he probably would have been fine but there was damage." Will explained sadly, nobody could respond. They lost their hero, their saviour, who finally decided he was going to fix his life.

"May he Rest In Peace with Sally and Paul, he's finally at peace." Grover cried, trying to hold himself together, his best friend of so many years, gone, and he couldn't do anything about it. It only he had seen Percy more, put in the effort of helping him instead of just giving ideas.

"This was his end goal, this is what he wanted." Jason said, shock taking over him, he couldn't process it, whatever he had done, it wasn't enough, it would never have been enough. Leo had similar thoughts, if he had noticed sooner, if he ran through the fire and stopped the impact of the sword, anything that could have helped.

"Nico, where is he in the underworld?" Annabeth asked, and all the mumbles seized, and everyone stared at Nico, who gulped, staring at a blank spot.

"Here." It was all he needed to say, before Annabeth felt a hand brush across her face, wiping away the tears falling. "That's him." Nico claimed, pointing towards right in front of Annabeth, who nodded.

"I'm going to fix this, this isn't my time yet. You promised you would let me live!" Percy screamed into the air, and Nico only stared at him, watching as the ghost of Percy screamed hopelessly, seemingly trying to think of something.

"Percy, you're gone, you can't fix this." Nico said quietly, but everyone heard, and stared, nobody knew what Percy was saying, until screeching was heard by everyone, and Nico stared at person, he communicated to everyone, the desperation was enough for his scream of absolute anguish to be heard by everyone, and Nico watched sadly as Percy fell to his knees ripping at the grass, which everyone saw.

"I will. I will fix this, I'm not done, I have to help Annabeth. I'm still here because I'm not meant to be dead!" Percy had sounded sure, and he walked up to Nico, who could only stare in shock, maybe he was right, but Nico knew better.

"You're a lost soul Percy, the underworld doesn't know where to place you, that's why you're still here. Thanatos wasn't going to let you live, he wanted you to have better last words." Nico said, wiping away tears, and Percy had a similar reaction.

"What is he saying?" Chiron asked, but as he said that, Percy's ghost disappeared, and Nico looked around frantically, still wanting to talk to his passed friend, this was his only chance for a while.

"He- he's gone, he vanished. He's determined to come back, he's certain that he isn't meant to be dead yet." Nico explained, still looking around for Percy.

"The fates cut his string, he can't come back." Leo said, looking at his feet in shame. If only he helped more. That's when Nico gasped, running to the infirmary, and people followed.

"His soul is still here, it's back in his body!" Nico said, slamming open the curtain and taking off the blanket, and there laid a breathing Percy Jackson. There were cheers of excitement, which had woken Percy up, and he groaned.

"Am I still dead?" He groaned, rubbing his face, and then he stopped, stared at his hands and cheered to himself, all while a camp of demigods stared at a man that was supposed to be dead. "I suppose you guys wonder how I managed to come back?" Percy chuckled, laying back down, obviously in pain.

"You're alive!" Annabeth said in absolute shock, hugging Percy like her life depended on it, and maybe as if his life depended on it to. "How? You were dead, Nico saw your spirit, the fates cut your string?" Annabeth questioned, looking Percy up and down.

"I like do to the impossible. Although the only reason I'm alive is because I made a deal with the devil." Percy frowned, but cleared his throat and smiled. "But I'm here to make it up to you, I will get better, I'm a little to hesitant to swear my life on that right now though." He chuckled, and she did as well. "Dying really does something to you."

"What was the deal?" Chiron trotted up and asked, and Percy frowned.

"There's no underworld for me once I pass. Once I die, I am to serve the primordial Tartarus." He said grimly, but he didn't care, he was happy to be alive.  "But I'm here, and thank you to everyone who had helped me although I refused it, I will get better, I'm going to go to rehab, I'm going to go to therapy." Percy said determinedly.

The end!! Sorry I had forgetter Sally and Paul had died, all fixed now!!
