You'll notice you'll notice there is not much said about the main character in this story. About whether it's male or female, old or young, or even it's name.

That's because it could be you.

At some point in our lives, especially our Christian lives, we're going to be asked to let go. And I don't know about you, but that can be terrifying to me. It's one of the things I really have to wrestle with.

So, go back and read it again. Only see yourself in it, and ask yourself, "What am I holding so tight to, trusting it to save me instead of Christ?"

Remember, He is sovereign. And He loves you.

Let go. It'll be okay. If not today, than tomorrow, and if not tomorrow, than the day of no sorrow.
