Xoch has been in the hospital for 5 days now. Mia and I have been taking turns watching her in case she wakes up. Sure I've went home and all but I haven't slept well lately. Kept checking my phone seeing if Mia call or text with an update every night. Right now it's my turn taking care of her. I would talk to her about everything really. Like before I was watching the Twlight movie because it was the only thing good that was on TV. I told her what happened, I thought maybe if I talk a lot it would wake her up and she would tell me to shut up. "Hey Noah here's some coffee." Mia said walking into the room. I grabbed the coffee and smiled. "Has Griffin stopped by?" She said after drinking her coffee a bit. "No he hasn't...don't think he's ever going to." "What makes you say that?" I look at her. "If he truly cared he would have came already." She nods her head. "Plus I just saw on tiktok he was with Dixie." "I thought he would be here by now guess not."

It hurts more hearing them talk then how my body feels right now. Griffin still hasn't come visit me. He's probably been really busy and hasn't had time to come and see me. "Hey mom..." I hear Noah. "Yeah she hasn't woken up yet but I know soon she will...No I haven't slept good these few days but Mia and I have been taking turns on taking care of her...I wish when she wakes up I can explain to her what actually happened." He continues. What happened I thought. "...I hurt her mom just wish when she wakes up she can at least hear me out and whatever happens after is a good thing." I could hear the sadness in his voice. "What I said I shouldn't have said just Griffin got to me and I let him now I don't know if she will ever forgive me." I don't know how I feel right now. I want to forgive him but I just can't...at least not now. "I know mom and I will tell her once she gets better she doesn't need to know right now." What? What does he mean by that? "Okay talk to you soon mom love you." He said before he got up from his seat. I wish I could just open my eyes at least to see him. These past days I have been trying to remember how the guy who attack me looked like. I swear I've seen him before but I don't know from where.
~Griffin~
"Hey Dixie where do you keep your chips?" I said in the kitchen. "Next to the refrigerator in the cabinet." She said from her bedroom. I'm at Dixie's place right now and we're on our way to lunch. *Ding* I hear my phone go off. I got my phone out of my front pocket. Blake texted me.
B~ Hey man just checking in how is she?
Why is he asking about Dixie?
G~ Hey dude uh she's doing good I guess
B~ Thats good to hear man you gonna spent the night?
G~ I don't know yet but I'll let you know
After I sent that Dixs came out her room
G~ talk to you later tho
I put my phone way and walked up to her and pulled her into a kiss. "What was that for?" She laughs. "Just cause." She laughs a little. She grabs her bag and we headed out.
~Blake~
"What did he say anything new with Xoch?" Bryce asked. "Uh he said that she's good and that he might spend the night at the hospital." Bryce nodded. I don't know something felt off a little bit with Griffin. I decided to call Noah.
N~ Hey Blake
B~ Hey dude what you doing?
N~ I'm at the hospital why?
B~ With Griffin there?
N~ What? Griffin? He isn't here
B~ What do you mean I just texted him and he said that he was with Xoch
N~ No he's not I've been with her this whole time. He hasn't come by
B~ At all?
N~ Yeah at all
B~ Then where is he?
N~ I don't know have you tried Dixie?
B~ Dixie?
N~ Yeah Vinnie said that they been hanging out for 2 months now
B~ Really?
N~ Yeah couple of days ago I saw them having lunch at the one restaurant on Sunset and they were kissing.
B~ What? You're kidding!
N~ I'm not I have picture of them
My phone went off. Noah sent me the picture of Griffin and Dixie.
B~ Damn what the fuck
N~ Yeah all the shit he was saying about caring about Xoch was BS
B~ Thats messed up. Damn he's really doing that to Xoch
N~ Yeah man makes me so fucking mad. How could he do that to her.
B~ Have you told her yet?
N~ No not yet she hasn't woken up yet but I'm not gonna tell her till she gets better
B~ Damn sorry you have to be the one that tells her
N~ I don't want to tell her it's gonna hurt her more but if I don't it's gonna hurt her even more
B~ She's strong tho and with you by her side she's gonna get through this.
N~ Yeah she is strong. Stronger then anyone I know
Hey I got to go the doctors and gonna come in soon I'll let you know what they say.
B~ For sure dude
He hangs up. I went to Bryce and told him what Noah told me. "That's crazy. Griffin is a bitch for doing that." "I know dude that's really really messed up."
~Noah~
After I got off the phone Mia walked in. "Who was that?" "Blake he called because Griffin told him that he was with Xoch but I'm pretty sure he's with Dixie right now." She shock her head. A couple of minutes later the doctor came in. "Hello I'm Doctor Scott." "Hey doc so good news?" Mia said. "Good news yes so it looks like when her rib cracked it didn't hit her lungs like we thought. Her lungs are bruised but nothing to worry about. Her lungs with heal on their on in time. Her rib is healing really well. Her ankle appears to be healing as well. With the X-rays and scans we got from the first time and now looks like she's gonna make a full recovery. When he said that I cruised tears of joy. "That's good to hear doc thank you so much." "Don't thank me thank her for not giving up." Mia and I smiled. "In a few minutes a nurse will come in and came the tube out of her mouth and then we wait for her to wake up on her on." I thank the doctor one more time before he stepped out. A few minutes later a nurse came in and took out the tube. "I'm gonna go call her parents and let them know the good news." Mia said before stepping out. I took out my phone and started to call Blake.
~Blake~
I was making a sandwich when my phone went off. It was Noah.
B~ Hey man any news?
N~ Yeah good news she's gonna make a full recovery and she just needs to wake up in her own now
B~ Man that's great to hear
N~ Yeah man I'm really hap-
He stopped talking. I looked at my phone to see if he hung up or something.
B~ Noah you still there?
N~ Sh-e She's up.....
