"Bring the soldiers from the South and set camps for the night", her strong voice deepened with a sigh as she gave another command. It was tiring to hear the same news again but the General had to carry on with her duties and respond to all the news she receives even though some didn't please her much.

The soldiers bowed and left, leaving her alone in the tent. She sat down heavily and slumped into her chair, sighing as she massaged her temples. At times like this, she would get bad headaches and throbbing heart, as if there was a weight burdening her body.

As the General of Military, she didn't like this feeling. This feeling of a mountain of stress, this feeling of drowning in the unknown burden, this feeling of....a heavy void. It's been years yet she hasn't found a clue to her heavy heart and she tried hard not to let it interfere with her duties as the General.

While the General shrunk in her poor spirit, a small grey head peeked from the parted curtain of the tent. Big eyes turned into curved smiles when they landed on the tired figure in the chair. A small giggle rumbled his heart before popping out from his hidey hole with his small arm swinging to his head in a salute.

"Soldier Min Min reporting to duty! Any news, General Xena?", he thought he spoke with manly voice but his squeaky voice cracked and ruined his so-called solider character.

Xena jumped in her seat when the small boy popped in with his not-so-manly voice only to relax when her eyes met with his shining silver eyes. Her entire body softened at the sight the silver haired boy as a smile stretched her lips.

"Well well well, if it isn't the greatest warrior of Inferno", Xena sprung from her seat and swooped the little boy off his feet, making his squealed and giggled. She playfully spun and lightly tossed him in her arms even when her energy was draining from running the whole military. She blew into his chubby cheeks and made his giggle vibrate, causing him to wiggle and laugh.

"Mama stop! I'm warrior, I don't play anymore!", the little boy whined but secretly enjoyed it. Xena put him down and crossed her arms while glaring at him playfully. "Oh really now? Then tell me which warrior can't even address their general correctly? It's General Adam, not Xena". The General shook her head with a smile before returning to her seat.

"At least I saluted, right?"

"Yeah....with your left hand"

"Maaa"

The little boy whined and stomped his foot, upsetting over how his mom exposed him. He ran towards her and jumped into her lap before burying his face into her neck and whined even more. "I want to be a warrior, mama", he muffled into her neck. "And you will, just not now alright Ermin?", she caressed his hair and kissed his head.

Then, two tall men rushed into the tent panting like crazy. "Ermin, you lil rat!", "Erasing our memories so you can run off?!", they growled with a glare, clearly not happy after being pranked by a kid. Xena frowned and arched a brow at the little boy in her arms who became quiet with a timid smile plastered on his lips. Even after so many years, their strong features never cease to charm and glow. Their colored hair grew longer, jawline shaped and sculpted and body built even more. Handsome as ever.

"Ermin, did you use your power on your poor uncles again?", the General narrowed her eyes at her son who had puppy eyes on, begging for forgiveness. "Yeah he did. He freaking blasted our memories and ran off. We can't even remember what we ate in this morning", the red hair men scolded with hands in the air. "I can't even remember if I wore my pants correctly this morning, geez", the blonde man tsked.

"I wanted to see mama but uncle Tae asked me to bath with him instead! Then uncle Joon brought books, again!", the young one was clearly not fond of his uncles' babysitting methods especially the book part.
