For the next 3 days (Y/N) had been staring at her celling or scrolling through some weird videos on facebook to dumb herself down. She was completely drained, and her attempts to focus on some dumb videos were quickly stopped, because her phone got smashed when she threw it onto the wall after receiving so many text messages and missed calls.
During the 4th day she heard a knock on her door. Thinking it was probably Kirari or Sayaka she ignored it, until the noise interrupted her again and again. Scoffing with irritation she got up and went to open the door. After a few big breathes she turned the knob and was met with a face full of joy.
"SURPRISE- oh my, you look terrible..." a familiar silvery voice said, "they weren't kidding when they said you were in a bad place..."
(Y/N) simply just shrugged and left to her bed, leaving the door open for the guest to come in.
"What a warm welcome... you really missed me, didn't you." the guest said with hurt in her voice.
"Ugh... I'm sorry, I really did miss you, but right now I'm tired of people and I have a lot on my mind."
"Yeah I heard about your little melt down..." the pink-haired girl said.
"Is that why you're here?" (Y/N) asked.
"... partly. Apparently Sayaka thought I'm the best person to help you get through it..." Yumemi looked at (Y/N) with sadness in her eyes "Do you want to tell me what happened?"
"It's just... they were constantly arguing and I didn't have any time to myself... I felt like I was suffocating"
"Is that all or did something else happen?" the idol pushed.
"..." (Y/N) sighed and looked at Yumemi "My father called... my mother wants to see me, and I think he's gonna force me to visit her even though I really don't want to..."
"And why is that? You never really talk about your family..." Yumemi grabbed (Y/N)s hand and rubbed it with her thumb.
"Well, it's kinda cliché actually, you know she caught me with a girl and you know how it's unnatural and against god blah blah blah."
"Is that so bad? maybe she had a change of heart or something. It wouldn't hurt you to try, she is your mother after all."
"I guess..." (Y/N) said even though she was absolutely sure her mother didn't change... but maybe therapy did help her? Who knows.
Yumemi forced (Y/N) to shower and when the latter finished they ordered some food and watched netflix. They talked a bit about Yumemis tour and about the new people she met. (Y/N) called her father to tell him that she'll need a ride to visit her mother tomorrow.
In the morning (Y/N) got into the limo and greeted her dad.
"I'm glad you changed your mind" he said giving his daughter a hug.
"It's not like I had a choice anyway..." the girl rolled her eyes.
"Well, I'm sure that your mother will be happy to hear that you visited her willingly..."
"Yeah, because she cares so much" (Y/N) rolled her eyes again "Let's just see the crazy bitch and get it over with."
"What your mouth, she's your mother AND my wife after all."
They were driving for about half an hour before reaching an old, castle like building. When they walked in, some lady in a white apron whispered some words into Matthews ear and led them towards a big room, where a woman dressed all in grey and white was sitting. When she spotted them she stood up and smiled.
"My lovely daughter finally decided to see her old mother, I'm so happy to see you honey." she walked up to (Y/N) and hugged her, the girl didn't hug back.
"I wish I could say the same..." (Y/N) muttered to which her father gave her a side look that said 'behave'.
