(hi,, lowkey forgot that sumeru was the place with the schools. pls forget my stupid over site )

-it was finally morning and they were getting ready to leave for fontaine-

y/n had been quiet since she woke up. she was mad at herself for letting her guard down in front of the fatui. and him being a harbinger made it even worse. and dottore was quiet because he just broke yet another contract he signed when he entered the fatui. he couldn't get close to or be open about his past to anyone outside the fatui. they were both mad at themselves for stupid reasons. when they were both ready one of them had to talk, so y/n took responsibility.

"are you ready to leave?"

"i've been ready for a while, i was waiting for you to finish."

"oh. alright then. you could have left." she said coldly.

"wow harsh tone. i thought i was going so i could protect you."

"i thought you needed to hide from the fatui."

"correct, but you invited me to fontaine with you. it would be rude to say no."

y/n was annoyed so she didn't respond. she just got up and walked out. he followed behind.
