Beomgyu once again walked with Hiraya to school, it was almost their daily routine. “Hiraya, can you turn around for me?” he said, without knowing what he was going to do, Hiraya followed what he said.

Beomgyu then took out something from his pocket, a velvet white box was to be seen on his hands.

“What’s that?” She asked, beomgyu opened it and she saw a gold mini flower hair clip.

Beomgyu then placed it on her hair and styled it, “There! It suits you!” He said, smiling widely. Hiraya then touched the hair clip on her hair and chuckled.

“I told you not to buy, it was fine.” Hiraya explained to him, “I was born stubborn.” he said, fixing his tie.

Going to school, Hiraya felt happy. She had a new hair clip once again but, the one that her dad gave her was still the most special.

“Class, I just want to remind you that we have a quiz tomorrow. So, please prepare!” The teacher told them as students began complaining.

Hiraya then called her grandma and told her she was going to be home a little bit late since she was going to study at the library.

“Alright grandma, see you later.” Hiraya said as she ended the call. “Going home late later?” Beomgyu suddenly appeared beside her.

“God! You scared me.” Hiraya told him as beomgyu laughed at her. “Yes, I have to study for our quiz tomorrow. Can you accompany me?” she asked.

“Sorry, Hiraya. As much as I would love to, I can't accompany you. My mom needs me later on the house since guests are coming.” beomgyu explained to her.

“Don’t be sorry! It's okay, you should help your mom since she needs you the most. Besides, we'll see each other later.” Hiraya told him as beomgyu waved goodbye and smiled.

Going back to her room, students were gone as they went to their own clubs, Hiraya had no interest in those and she doesn't have friends so she's going to feel like an outcast.

Hiraya decided to take a nap, about to close her eyes, a familiar voice called her.

“Hiraya?” Jake said.

Not again, not you again. She thought.

She didn't respond, “Oh, maybe she's sleeping.” She heard Jake spoke, she felt guilty so she called him.

“Do you need something?” She stated, making Jake stop on his tracks. “Oh, so you are awake?” he said, “Isn’t it obvious?” Hiraya replied.

“Why are you here all alone?” He asked, “I don't want to join clubs.” she replied, placing her head on the table.

“Should I stay here? You would feel lonely if you don't have someone to accompany you.” Jake stated, sitting beside her and placing his head on the table, copying Hiraya.

“Leave me.” Hiraya replied, turning her head to the other side. “Are you sure? I can skip my club today besides, I feel tired.” Jake said as he yawned.

“I love to be left alone, so go away.” Hiraya told him, “What if someone bullies you again? Especially that you bought a new hair clip today.” Jake stated.

Right. She thought.

“I can defend myself.” She replied, “Why am I even taking to you?” Hiraya added as she stood up.

“Can we be friends? I really want to be friends with you.” Jake told her, Hiraya does suspect that he's a kind person.

But what if he leaves me like the others? She thought.
