Chapter 5

                             Hyunjin and Felix feel the portal reject them. They both land back in the forest, hitting the hard ground, feeling pain racing through their spines. Felix groans and lifts his gaze to look at Hyunjin. "What the fuck just happened?" he asks as he rubs his back. Hyunjin closes his eyes and bites his bottom lip. "I guess the rumours weren't fake afterall." He helps Felix stand up too. "What?" Felix asks confused. "The rumours say that the Demon only accepts virgins to enter her realms." Felix frowns "Did you just say... virgins?" Hyunjin nods his head, biting his lower lip.

                                 Felix feels the blood rushing to his cheeks and his heartbeat increase. "What? I-... I don't-... didn't-..." Hyunjin scoffs as he sees Felix panick... he finds panicking about small things attractive... especially when Felix is the main character. He shakes the dust off his clothes, while stealing some quick glances of Felix's face. He talks in a sweet melody tone. "Come on... There's no need to panick... I'm sure neither one of us was a Saint before we stepped into this forest."

                              Felix tries to get rid of his embarassment and clears his throat. "What are we supposed to do now? There has to be a way..." Hyunjin looks at the moon which is brightly shining on the night sky. "I'm trying to think-..." Felix interrupts Hyunjin's words. "Maybe if we truly try to believe that we're still vir-" Hyunjin raises his hand to stop Felix talk. "That won't work." Felix rolls his eyes. "Think about something please..." he walks near Hyunjin and grabs his shoulders, shaking him slightly. "... I'm desperate!" Hyunjin notices the worry in Felix's eyes. "There is one way..." Hyunjin talks as he looks into Felix's tired eyes. "... There is a place... it's called «The Puryfing Virgins». It's a magic well that purifies your body and soul once you step in." A smile appears on Felix's face. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Before he can take a step Hyunjin grabs his collar and pulls him back, making him fall on his chest. Hyunjin then tries to speak as calm as possible, trying hard to hide the discourage that can be sensed in his words. "It takes about five days to get there." Hyunjin turns Felix around and runs a hand through his freshly dried hair. He observes the detailed freckles sprinkled on Felix's cheeks and nose and rests his thumb on Felix's bottom lip. Hyunjin moves his gaze from Felix's lips to his teary eyes. "Look... I don't want to hurt you, but... we might be back too late even if we leave now. I'm sorry." Felix closes his eyes and slowly lowers his head. Hyunjin can tell that Felix is tired, he is too, but they can't leave Elara there. God knows what pain she has to go through. He doesn't know what to do to stop Felix's tears roll down his cheeks. He lifts Felix's chin and approaches his face slowly. Maybe if he can take the pain away... even for a few seconds... He stops one inch from Felix's lips and notices that Felix opens his eyes, which are begging for this kiss. Before Hyunjin can close his eyes, a weird sparkle catches his attention. He speaks, his hot breath brushing Felix's lips. "Your necklace." Felix frowns and takes his necklace off his neck. Hyunjin is right. There is something weird with it. It's sparkling. A beautiful blue color. Felix looks around and spots a bunch of flowers sparkling in the distance. "What does this mean?" He asks confused. He tries to put the necklace back, but his hands are trembling. Why? Yeah... he asks himself that too... Hyunjin turns Felix around and helps him put the necklace back on. Felix sighs. "I don't know what's wrong with me..." He hears a click and turns around to face Hyunjin again. Hyunjin smiles. "I don't know what's wrong with you either. But may I fix you?" He slides his right hand to the back of Felix's neck, pulling him closer. He stops when he sees the pathway light up in a blue color. He frowns, gaining an annoyed sigh from Felix. Felix turns around too and observes the forest now glowing in a blue shade. He turns around to face Hyunjin again and talks in a low, cracky voice. "Can't we talk about that one minute later? Please..." Hyunjin nods, moving his gaze from the path to the pretty boy's face and pulls Felix towards him, finally tasting his lips again. They hungrily kiss eachother, forgetting about their problems for a few seconds. They are both confused and scared, but they have to get through this. When they part away Felix grabs Hyunjin's hand and squeezes it tightly. "Can we get through this? Should we follow that path?" He points towards the blue path. Hyunjin nods. "I feel like we should take it. I don't see any signs hanged around, but it's probably a shorter way to the Puryfing Virgins." Felix looks towards the path. "How do you know that?" Hyunjin bites the inside of his cheek. "I just feel like it's the most logical option. And yes, I think we can get through this if we follow this path."
